This is the second establishment of the Plane & Level brand, with its original location in the landmark town of Old Town Spring, Texas. Led by the acclaimed Culinary Director Chef Orlando Amaro , our restaurant brings a unique coastal dining experience to the Gulf Coast.

The food, service and cocktails never disappoint! Makes for a wonderful complete experience. We absolutely love the food and eager to see what the next destination chef will take flight to.

Table for six did not enable comfortable seating. No Italian bread served in an Italian restaurant only focaccia for $12! When entrees served only 4 of 6 arrived so we waited several minutes for others. My lasagna was not warm others mentioned their entrees were the same. For the price point better service and experience expected. Not sure I will return.

While focaccia is a traditional Italian bread and one we’re very proud to make in-house, we always welcome thoughtful suggestions—feel free to let us know what type of bread you feel would best complement the experience. As for the temperature of the entrees, our team is always happy to make things right in the moment, had we been informed. Great service, delicious food, quaint atmosphere. If you’re looking for some great Italian I highly recommend. The waiter answered every question, was helpful in the food we ordered based on what we were looking for. Wine selection is great. Great little corner spot, nestled in Fairhope.
