PJ Lobster House in Port Jefferson, New York, is a seafood restaurant that also doubles as a fresh fish market to the local community. Diners who come in for a meal enjoy the cozy, casual atmosphere, perfect for digging into a plate of oysters on the half shell. There is something for everyone with a menu including seafood, steaks, burgers, chicken and pasta. Enjoy a meal under our heaters on the outside deck during the warmer seasons. Full bar available and a great place to catch your favorite sports games. Dogs are permitted on the outside deck. We are family friendly, so make sure to stop in after your visit to Rocketship Park which is located just across our parking lot.
We additionally serve Sushi Wednesday - Sunday.

Enjoyed a couple of cocktails at the bar by choice before sitting early for our 5 o’clock dinner reservations! We started out with the seafood tower and wow was it delicious and so much food!!!! I also had a cup of lobster bisque that was so delicious!!!!! For dinner I ordered the fried clams which I was too full to eat so brought home and ate later! Even heated up I enjoyed it very much! My husband had the stuffed flounder which he said was delicious! I also loved that the waitress waited to bring next course until we were done with the current one! Great great service!! We will be back!

Food is good, but waitress was horrible didn't check on us once through the dinner left us sitting no drink refills or to check on how we liked the meals

Love this place. We have been coming here for the past 16 years for our anniversary. Never disappointed.

We were able to make a reservation at 5:15 on a Saturday night. We arrived a little early and we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our order was done perfectly . Food came out piping hot and very tasty. We ordered the mussel basket in the white wine sauce as an appetizer , the twin lobster tail dinner and the seafood Fra Diablo . Our drinks were good as well. I had the cucumber jalapeño margarita and my husband had the hot sake. We will be returning.

Excellent birthday dinner for a friend from appetizers to dessert everything was great. Servers and waitress were wonderful. Great meal and better memories!
