About this restaurant

Pizzeria Testa is rooted in history more than probably any other pizza place in Frisco, and possibly the entire country. The bricks used in the building are reclaimed and more than 100 years old. Add to that the 200+ year family history starting with Antonia Testa as the master pizzaiolo for King Ferdinand I of Bourbon and you have a rich appreciation for pizza traditions. Pizzeria Testa only uses the very best ingredients – imported Naples tipo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di buffalo (buffalo milk mozzarella) imported from outside of Naples and in-house made sausage. Even the water used is exceptional thanks to a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis filtering system. Whether you get a white pizza, red pizza or meter-long pizza, your taste buds will be thanking Pizzeria Testa.
