First time here, it was a cute little place with wonderful staff and very good food. I will go back when we can sit on the patio next time. The inside space is very small which is actually kind of nice but the interior is quite outdated and could use a good deep clean. I feel like they did a good job with the surface cleaning and had no issues eating here but the building and fixtures themselves are clearly old and a bit run down.

We had a very nice Mother’s Day lunch at Pizza Pasta Villa. The food was yummy. Very old school Italian. The service was good and food came out very quickly and was hot and delicious. Great little find for yummy Italian food.

This was our fourth visit in the past 6 weeks and I remain impressed! Everyone we’ve brought with us has been super pleased. Outstanding Lasagna, Spinach Ravioli, Pasta Primavera, and Sausage (alone and in spaghetti). Their desserts make this a great gathering spot for good friends. And it’s getting busy enough that reservations will become standard for the dinner crowds.

We love this place! This trip we decided to try the Neighborhood Special...lasagne dinner. The salads were fresh and the lasagne portions were huge! The mini canolli was a perfect finish! Our server, Saul, was attentive to not only our group, but everyone else in the busy dining room.

This wonderfully fresh diner is a wealth of flavor to an old spot that's gone through many hands. The most authentic Italian dishes that are fresh, flavorful and a welcome change to our neighborhood. Highly recommend this place with hesitation because then we wouldn't be able to get in.

We went in with the intention of getting one of their great pizzas. Upon being seated, we were advised of the Chef's special. My husband decided on Chicken Piccata, fork tender chicken in a buttery lemon sauce..delicious. I chose the Lobster Ravioli..delicate Ravioli that complemented the filling and light sauce. Both generous portions. Saul was very attentive and helpful as well.A cozy little spot rapidly becoming a favorite!

Food was pretty good. Way better than Olive Garden and Cafe Jordanos, but not like a Barolo Grill. The prices were good. Our server, Juan, was exceptional. He was attentive and enthusiastic about the food. My only complaint, and possibly a reason not to come back on a weekend, is the tables were way too close together. At least where we were sitting. I kept thinking the table next to us were talking to us because we were so close. Otherwise, it was a nice time.
