   I booked this restaurant for New Years Eve in Paris from two months ago…. Open Table confirmed the reservation the day before. We traveled with the metro, walked through the crowds of Paris on New Years Eve by the Eiffel Tower to see that it was closed. It was terrible and had a difficult time find a restaurant on NYE. I wouldn’t of minded if I knew but Open Table confirmed my reservation!

   A fuir ! Nous avions réservé pour le 31 décembre et arrivé devant le restaurant était fermé pour cause de vacances, évidemment nous n’avions pas été prévenu ! C’est inadmissible !

   Es war eine bodenlose Frechheit! Ich habe weit im Voraus reserviert. Als wir am 31.12.22 pünktlich am Restaurant ankamen war es geschlossen. Ein Zettel auf dem Stand dass am 31.12. und 01.01. geschlossen ist. Wir standen da an Silvester ohne Reservierung in Paris. Das ist wirklich unter aller Sa*. Ich reserviere extra über diese App um dann ohne was dazustehen?! Danke für nichts!

   We made reservations for New Years Eve. It was even confirmed the day before. When we got there it was closed. I had even sent a message to confirm the reservation. Very difficult to find somewhere to eat on NYE.

   We couldn’t have dinner at all. We arrived on time and they said that they were closed and didn’t take Open Table reservations. Disappointing

   We made a reservation, the reservation was confirmed, and when we showed up to the restaurant it was closed (though there were staff inside). It’s clear from the reviews online that our experience was not unique.

    I found this place via OpenTable and I was very happy with the food, service and the ambiance. The guy at the bar was super nice and friendly. My overall experience was amazing! ❤️
