    We were greeted and seated timely. The host was very personable. The environment was nice. Our server walked us through the menu and was very informative. It took a while for the food to come out but the crab cakes were 10/10. The steak was 10/10. The sides were ok, we had masked potatoes, asparagus and crack fries. I would try the lobster Mac n cheese if I was to go back. The espresso martini was very good. Overall it was a good experience. I would rate it a 7.5/10.

    We LOVED our dinner at Pivot Prime last night! The menu selection was excellent and the food was delicious. Our server, Mike, was attentive and went out of his way to make sure our dining experience was the best it could be. Truly an elevated experience that is a great addition to the Omaha area. Looking forward to our next dinner at Pivot Prime!

    Everyone went out of their way to make sure dinner was exceptional. Really knowledgeable and helpful with my dietary restrictions. Food was amazing!

    Pivot Prime exceeded all my expectations. Their food & service was OVER the top! I think this is the best steak restaurant in Omaha, if not the Midwest. All of our food was perfectly prepared as ordered & seasoned, no need for any extra salt/pepper. I had the Manhattan 8oz Wagyu steak recommended by server, Jordan, due to pairing with the red wine we ordered. It was the best tasting, perfect steak I have ever had. All other dishes were fabulous too - scalloped leeks, mushrooms, desserts and we loved the tallow candle which started our meal. I will definitely be back time & again.

    The new interior design is nice and we all enjoyed a brighter environment from the last business. The drinks, food and service were all amazing. Give Pivot a try your next night out.

    My lady and I loved the atmosphere and the chef specials. I personally felt they over cooked the prime rib a little bit but overall the food , cocktails , wine and service was very good .

    Service was great, food and ambiance were amazing. The restaurant is missing out on patron’s by not offering any gluten free modifications. Those with gluten allergies will dictate the restaurant! We won’t be back until they are accommodating to those with gluten allergies.
