PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

    I ordered steak fries. Steak was nicely cooked but unseasoned, I think. Fries were frozen shoestring fries. Expected fries to be from fresh potatoes. Ordered a side of French green beans ($14) - was told there was enough to share. They were fantastic!! Nicely seasoned, perfectly cooked. Only about 20-25 of them, not enough to share. For the prices, I just expected the fare to be more elevated. Service was very good, very attentive.

    It was a nice brunch. They no longer have an omelette on there brunch menu which left very limited options for my friend who is a vegetarian and loved their omelettes. My burger was over cooked. I order the burger medium rare and it came out almost medium well.

    Exceptional food and service. It was quite so having a conversation was great. Most restaurants are so noisy I find them annoying. So I don’t go to noisy restaurants anymore! All around. Excellent food and experience!!

    Not complaining, it was a very nice experience, very good foot and service too. Including 20% tip, $236 for 4 people with no alcoholic beverages just Evian water, appetizer shared, main dishes, 2 desserts shared, 3 cappucinos which were excellent.

    Pistache is a standard in terms of quality, service, ambiance and value. I know the food will be good, the service professional and friendly and the bill reasonable. I have been a customer since they opened in 2008. To last 15+ years certainly says something about a restaurant.

    We went for lunch at the height of low-season. The food was satisfying with excellent flavor, as you'd expect from this restaurant. Service was superb; professional and friendly, and the maître d' came to the table to to offer a sincere greeting. The ambiance was cheerful and casual, yet elegant.

    We loved everything about Pistache! 🥰👍🥰👍 One vegetarian and and one non-veg, but we were both very satisfied. Also, valet parking is complementary for two hours of dining! We will definitely be back for our future celebrations!

    I was a long time satisfied customer for many years and dined often with my 4lb. Service Dog without incident. Last night’s experience was a disaster as I was told that my Service Animal was not allowed to accompany me in the dining area but could accompany me in the bar or outdoors without explanation or justification as it was a warm night we opted to dine in the bar where I was embarrassed a second time to learn that my service dog was not permitted to rest on my lap as has always been my practice during each and every of my prior visits; she was relegated to the floor. My party of four was further embarrassed when I offered to produce to ADA physician and documentation which the Staff refused.

    Pistache is the "go to" dining experience in West Palm Beach. The service and the food are always superb and you can't beat the happy hour experience.

    This is a sister restaurant to PB Catch. No comparison. PB Catch is by far the better option. The French Onion is very good, but after that, it was a mediocre experience to say the most. Truffle fries were soggy and drenched in oil. The steak was flavorless. The burger was average, but the sweet onions they put in the burger made for a weird taste. We had gone to PB Catch the night before and we were sorely disappointed in the drop off at Pistache. It’s just ok.

    A fantastic, brunch experience with outstanding service. The escargot were so perfectly cooked with butter and garlic. My friend had a very fresh salmon platter, and I had the croc monsieur. If you have not tried that you are missing out!  the service was wonderful. The food was delicious and the banana pudding was to die for. Not overpowering with sweet and with delicious dark chocolate ganache. The only annoying thing about the experience was the parking. You have to park in the lot across the street and it’s horrendously expensive. Being this summer time, there is no valet….

    Regretfully I must say that the quality and taste of the food has disappointed me. I appreciate the manager offering free coffee and an amazing Crème Brulé, but, when the bread is the best part of the meal, there is something wrong. My wife and I have for well over 5 years or more looked forward to each visit and ordering the File au Poivre. Magnificent pepper sauce that always made you wonder... how they do that? The meat was made correctly Medium Well and very tender, but, very neutral taste Flat? don't know who to explain this. The pepper sauce was equally disappointing and it was like pepper was masking the plain taste. This was missing some essential ingredients that always has blown my mind in the past. This is Very Sad as the experience was a slap in the face where I can now make a better meal at home giving me no reason to come back. I might try again next year, if I don't find another Bistro. Sorry Paris, I hope you can put the quality back into your place.

    Easily the best French restaurant in West Palm Beach. The Duck Lyonnaise is my personal favorite but you really can't go wrong with any menu selection. The wine list is also one of the best in town.

    I have been to Pistache many times and love it. However, last night my Salmon Tartare was actually chopped salmon mixed with mayo ... Not at all what I expected and I will not order it again. I'll just stick with their wonderful mussels.

    Authentic French bistro that serves some of the best pate and quiche I’ve ever had (including in France). Sitting at the bar is great; the bartenders are some of the best in the Palm Beaches.

    Our second time here and once again had an excellent experience. Our main dishes were beef Bourguignon and filet au poivre. Both were exceptionally seasoned and cooked. Side salad was large enough to share. Glass of Bordeaux was good (a bit dry for my taste). Desserts were crème brûlée and chocolate mousse which Restaurant was kind enough to comp us as anniversary gifts. Server was very personable. Look forward to another visit.

    I highly doubt that the head chef is French or even French trained based on the taste of the food. This is one of those restaurants that would be amazing if the food was actually good but, it’s mediocre at best. I lived in France as a child and love French cuisine. If you’re looking for authentic French cuisine, don’t go here. However, if you want American fare with quasi French feel that doesn’t have seasoning due to dietary restrictions, you’re in luck. The food was not seasoned or tasty to me even with table salt and pepper however, for someone that prefers their food that way, this place will be great. The ambiance and location are really great! Lots of people watching possible here! Right by the fountain!

    Very good food and service and ambiance especially during the low season when is is not crowded. Only one minus: food is overpriced, but it gears to Palm Besch crowd do it’s understandable.

    Food & service were excellent. Dining area was very nice. Bar area attractive and had ballgame broadcast on 2 TVs. Prices were fair. Steak Tartare was outstanding as was Creme Brulee. Valet parking available.
