PISQU is a Peruvian Restaurant in the heart of London's buzzy West End and steps from Theatreland.
The contemporary yet relaxed two-floor space has been designed in royal Inca colours inviting guests for a gastronomic experience of Amazonian and Andean cuisine from head chef William Ortiz.

The menus focuses on the finest seasonal produce, healthy and natural superfoods showcasing mouth-watering flavours of modern day Lima. Specialties include grilled octopus with corncake, salmon Tiradito & ceviche and the Pisco Sour.
Sit along an L-shaped ground floor where you can see through full-height windows trendy Fitzrovia. For a more intimate setting, head to their Lower Lounge where you can also find two Vaults for a more private dining experience.

Delicious food, very typical Peruvian ingredients not often found of such quality, and very tasty but I don’t understand the point of having an English waiter who doesn’t understand the Peruvian menu. He kept pushing dishes that were not what we were asking about (like Q: “how is the risotto?” A:”You should try the steak”). He was also pushing to consume. He had to look at the menu to figure out whether to push us to order sides. Ridiculously unauthentic. Una lastima.. (PS: We had the risotto and it was incredible)

One of the best restaurants in central London. It is all about the food here. Trendy vibe. Very charming and cute seating Vault for more privacy. Tried various dishes with surprising flavours. Loved the seafood and Slow gin. Will return.

Food was nicely presented and with some great flavours. I asked a couple of questions regarding the food and our waiter gave us recommendations on food that I wouldn’t normally choose but was great nonetheless. We would return again.

Very poor organization. . Too long wait between dishes. Fair quality. Low quantity. Poor presentation of the food. For the price paid table are not maintained in good way. Fork and knife on the table without a table cloth. Not hygienic. Not recommended.

Went for valentines day.. When we arrived.. stood there without being acknowledged for quite a while and very slow to be seated.. the man who seated us was very indifferent.. didnt take coats and we found afterwards he didnt give us the special valentines menu so we never had that option. Our waiter for the rest of the night was very nice and attentive. Cocktails were exceptional .. reccomend pisco sours!! and v yummy food though think they were over busy so main course took ages to arrive. I would try again but maybe when not as busy as valentines night.

We were sat at the lower ground, we were the only ones downstairs the entire time we were there while the upstairs was full. An odd experience. The decor is dated and cheap, walls need a fresh coat of paint. As for the food, tough steak and bland fish. Way overpriced for what you get. Would NOT recommend it.
