In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

It's a great Peruvian restaurant. The pisco sour is the best. The customer service is great The food, is a good portion and delicious

Absolutely delicious! Every dish was a delightful surprise—both in presentation and flavor. The Seco de Cordero was outstanding, definitely a must-try and Jalea de Mariscos one of the most outstanding meals I’ve had recently, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is an excellent restaurant, especially if you like ceviche and meat. There are veggie options, but the food is savoury and comforting. The atmosphere is low key, elegant without being fussy or precious.

It was our first time dining at Pisac. We were met with very friendly service and given wonderful dish recommendations by our waiter. Everything we ordered was delicious: Papa a la Huicaina to start, followed by Ceviche Carretillero, and ended off with the Seco de Cordero. Our highlight is definitely the ceviche - the flavour was very unique and refreshing! 10/10 would recommend, especially if you're looking to try something new and exciting.
