    Such an amazing dining experience! The food was superb! The sea bass, Brandt steak dish and the salads were all so Incredible! Can’t wait to go Back! And the service was the absolute best!

    The Biscuits and gravy were above average. The pull apart went fast. The French toast was dry. The oj was surprising refreshing. The breakfast sandwich was great, We’ll be back.

    Slow service and I was the great one there at opening. The food was okay-ish. Can't believe they wanted to charge me to have a beyond (icky) burger patty with my local organic burger components! The place was advertised as beach view but that's a lie. Also, I asked for outdoor seating and she put me inside because the tables hadn't been bussed from morning service. It was noisy because I could hear staff screwing around instead of working. Also, the manager couldn't be bothered to even smile at me. I day near the bar and the bartender was too busy drying glasses to even say hello. Talk about missed opportunities! Smh. Would NOT recommend it.

    Air conditioning was set very low/cold. Since we sat outside, we avoided. But had we been sitting inside, I would have been miserable. I was surprised that the restaurant was quite small and wasn’t facing the ocean.

    Ordered from the ala carte menu since the buffet did not look appetizing. Avocado Toast on sourdough with sunny side eggs. Eggs, bacon, and potatoes with sourdough toast. Their fruit cup and jam used for the toast was phenomenal. Loved the green drink too. Orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. Areas to improve would be a bit less potatoes for the above entree and lower costs…maybe 20% lower (bill for the above was over $100). Michelle, the server, was also amazing! Will definitely return and highly recommended as it was one of the best breakfasts!

    Had a beautiful experience with Piper for a Tequila Tasting event with Lo Siento brand. The owner of the company and chef at Piper were there too to give a short speech about the history of hte brand and thoughts went into the food pairing menu. Honestly outstanding experience, exceeding my expectations. Definitely a memorable event and we stayed at the Seabird hotel, breakfast at Piper was awesome as well. Big thumbs up to the friendly staff, the local ingredients, the combination of the fresh flavor, oh and the pastry chef as well.

    The eggs in the shakshuka were all overcooked and basically hard boiled. The potatoes were just okay. There weren’t a lot of options out for gluten free guests. The bacon was excellent though - perfectly cooked and lots of it available. We had no idea that the buffet price was over $50/person until we got the check. We felt very underwhelmed and disappointed with the value of what was offered.

    Service and ambience were good but all of our party were disappointed in the food, especially for the price.

    I do not recommend Piper for the weekend brunch. I'm not sure if it was just a Father's Day issue but it was truly an awful experience. SO crowded, food was constantly out, any food that was out was really not good at all, the seating was like sardines and someone dropped a full plate of food right next to my seat, my seat kept getting jostled by people going to the buffet .. it was truly atrocious that I spent $150 after tax + tip on such a bad experience. I ate at Piper for a normal weekday lunch and it was perfectly fine, so I really just intend this review for the brunch buffet. Avoid it!! I feel really badly that I took my husband there for Father's Day brunch. It really put a damper on the celebration.

    Way too expensive, $150 for me and my wife to eat breakfast 😐 Literally all we had was some bacon, sausage patties, and a bagel. Ridiculous, we even stayed a couple nights at the resort and didn’t even get a discount ,do not recommend unless you want to get scammed 👍🏻😃
