The service was poor. The food was just ok. We had to get up to look for a server. The server knows us- we often come in for the Tuesday 2 for I deal. We ordered 2 entrees each and 2 alcoholic drinks.She did not mention to us that the 2 for 1 deal has changed and does not include alcoholic beverages. Seems obvious that we would order 2 drinks at the same time, assuming it’s BOGO. When ordering, we asked for one entree to go. When the bus boy brought our food, he brought all 4 entrees. The waitress said she cannot give BOGO food to go anymore…. Didn’t inform us or the bus boy. She said we have to have the food sent to the table, then sent back to put in a to go box. When we asked her why she didn’t tell us about the BOGO policy change for alcohol and to go items, she said, “well, you come here all the time.” Very bad attitude. We won’t be coming back again, except for the brunch, which is pretty good.

Tim was our server and such an amazing person… So attentive to our needs and has a great sense of humor… The food is amazing as always… Pinstripes is definitely one of our go to places

When restaurant first opened the food was was prepped with fresh proteins and ingredients , cocktails were mediocre. This time around the food was less desirable , proteins not fresh(frozen), drinks sent back. However, our waiter was wonderful for this reason we didn’t complain , the bowling was the highlight of the evening , food not so much .

Second visit. I had a terrible experience the first time but decided to give it another chance. I reserved a table but ended up being seated at the bar. Ended up waiting 30 mins for a drink and over an hour for a chance to order. Mediocre food/drinks.

Reserved bocce for dinner. FYI $40! Ordered 2 drinks and left without being able to order food due to poor service. No one in our party wants to return. Such a shame as this place had potential.

Food and service was excellent for this new restaurant. 2nd visit and we will return. Parking very convenient next to restaurant in City structure. Bocce and bowling offered upstairs. Price reasonable.

Brunch buffet was a good value. Food was good. Bloodymary was the worst I've ever had with zero garnish! Service was meh. Took forever to get the check.

My husband and I brought our (2) children, his mom and nephew to brunch on Sunday… Once we finished dining our server tried to cheat us on the bill… Instead of her charging for (3) adults since kids 12 and under eat free on Sunday, she charged us for (6) adults when she clearly didn’t see (6) adults… When asked about why she charged for (6) adults she explained that kids 5 and under eat free… We further explained to her that kids 12 and under eat free.. She decided to go and ask another employee who confirmed what we’d said… Once returning to our table with the adjusted bill, she seemed to have an attitude because she wasn’t aware of the policy at her job… No Tip
