   I had high hopes for this place. We went on a recommendation but I thought the food was just average nothing to jump up and down about of course The Omelette station was good because it's fresh the prime rib I would rate about a five it was kind of tough the flavor was good but just tough but the rest of the food was cold the chicken tenders very hard and dry the bacon was so greasy how could you eat it and when I asked them to make fresh crispy bacon they said that's just the way that it comes out and the grease was literally just dripping off of it so disgusting the pasta was cold everything was cold you had to keep an eye on the buffet just to get it slightly warm when it first came out. The dessert that is definitely nothing to talk about it's horrible chocolate fountain or not just horrible. I definitely do not recommend their brunch

   Very nice experience. Good ambience, great service and good food. However, I had to ask a couple of times to replenish items on the buffet, but they were prompt to respond. It was a bit loud but overall it was a very good experience would definitely go again.

   Our first waitress was great. She was very helpful and attentive. After taking our order she I guess needed help delivering our order so another waitress joined our table. She was horrible. Her attitude was poor and she was very snarky. I spoke to a manager and I never saw her again but it put a damper on our experience. I didn't want to penalize our first waiter so I still left her a sizable tip to let her know that we appreciated her and the way she waited us before the other waitress arrived.

   Beautiful ambiance! Went during Happy Hour and it wasn’t busy at all but our service was extremely slow. When we finally got our drinks they tasted great, food came out hot but wasn’t that great. The good company is what made it a good time.

   This place sucks.I made reservations on OpenTable for “standard seating” for 6:00 PM on a Friday weeks before my wife’s birthday. We showed up to the restaurant on time and went to check in at the front desk. They said they didn’t have our reservation. I showed the girl the confirmation email from OpenTable and she stated that all reservations made through OpenTable are for outside tonight. It was cold, rainy, and windy. We had a party of 10 who drove down for my wife’s birthday. And we all valet parked due to a difficult parking garage situation. Needless to say I was pretty upset and asked the front desk if the plan was to sit us outside in the rain and combine tables… to which she stated yes, that she was going to wipe down the chairs and tables for us. As she is actively trying to dry tables and chairs on the patio it’s continuing to rain and wind is pushing the rainwater back to the tables and chairs as she tried to dry the area. While our party of 10 stood there and waited huddled in the little cover that the entrance had we watched several workers try and get the umbrellas/heaters to work, which they never did. The hostess then returned inside, while the tables were continuing to get soaked (still). At the request of our party and out of my frustration I went inside and told the hostess we would not be sitting outside due to the wind, cold, and rain and simply thought “why would anyone even be offered the option?” We called Picos across the street (thank god) and they immediately said they were available for a party of 10 and saved the day for us. I was never told while making a reservation that “standard” seating meant outside. Nor is it on their reservation site on OpenTable anywhere. I can only assume that when being told the entire inside of the restaurant was being “rented out” that all individual reservations got pushed to the outside and they catered to making more money from some corporate business. Very sad. Needless to say, we won’t ever be back.

   Once we arrived there the host did not acknowledged us for good 5 minutes, there was no one there besides us. Finally after looking at us and asking my last name she said we don’t have reservations under this name.,I showed her my OpenTable reservations on my phone, she said but we don’t have them. Restaurant was completely empty downstairs , so I asked her if she can still seat us as no one is here, and then she replied we don’t have any waiters to serve you. No apology , not even showed a slight interest in helping us out in anyway. Plus, I valet parked my car because they didn’t have a parking close by. I asked valet to not charge me full price since we were gone for only 12 minutes , she said she can’t do anything because she already has given me the ticket. So basically I paid $10 to find out that Pinstripes is not where I will recommend anyone going.

   Sunday brunch was great and we really enjoyed the selection of food. The coffee was too strong so we asked the waiter for hot water to try and dilute the strong brew. Overall exceptional service as usual and a really great time.
