   We had a great experience celebrating Mother’s Day. The quality and variety on the buffet was worth the price.

   I had 2 concerns: The older female hostess was not pleasant and informed me that because I booked through open table my large group had no preference for the first floor dining. The male host (probably manager) was awesome and accommodating to our needs. Waitress was a little off but I’ve had her before and the crowd/needs may have been a little too much that day for her. My second issue was the price. I called after booking and inquired about the cost and informed the buffet was $35 and that children under 5 were free. However the bill stated $45 and the buffet was no different than the usual. Other than that food was great! Ambience was great! I will be back!

   I had to wait a few minutes for a table even though I had a reservation, the hostess told me give him 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and went to the hostess area, another hostess( his name begins with a D an African-American guy) immediately took us to a table. The server was good, we will be back!

   We had an amazing time at Pinstripes!!! A large group to begin with (12) but then 4 more showed up. No worries they said, and they got us seated about 10 min after arrival. Food was good, portion sizes too. Our waitress was incredible. Candace, such a lovely girl! She did an amazing job with taking care of us, just by herself! Impressive for such a large group. We plan to be back again for future visits!!!

   Very crowded everywhere we went, including the buffet line. Food was ok. But almost always empty. Did not enjoy our  experience.

    I made the reservation a few weeks in advance and confirmed a day or so before. When I arrived they did not have a table for us. After a short wait, they found a table and brought us over. The table was still dirty. We had to stand and wait again for it to be cleaned. Once cleaned, they placed the menus on the wet table. I had to ask for them to dry it off. The beginning of my experience was not good. However, the server was very nice and the food was good which is why I graded as a 3 star.
