Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Lisa was there! Nick, our server, was great! So informative and present. Food was good but definitely not the reason to go. Drinks were fun and the atmosphere was Gatsby-esk.

The restaurant was absolutely amazing, from the food to the overall experience. The only downside was when I asked the server for the name of the drink prepared at the bar, he responded rudely.

Great food, only complaint is the pigs in a blanket had undercooked dough. For that price, they should be near perfect 😇. Ambiance and atmosphere is excellent and screams Lisa.
