Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

Our experience was amazing from the minutes we walked in. The staff were very attentive. The drinks were delicious and the food was just as great! Especially the goat cheese balls!

Food was expensive for the low quality. I do not recommend. Service was bad. Where is the pink? Decorations were basic & no Wow factor. Very disappointed:(

The ambience in this Vanderpump restauarant is beautiful.. 30s retro style and its gorgeous. The flamingo is a little run down so I'm hoping theyvate remodeling because the restauarant doesn't fit the hotel. The food options are just okay. Make sure you check the menu because there is not a lot of choices. The tater tots that come on the slides are so good. I ordered a side of them. Lisa you should put this on the menu. The pretzel bites were good to. The bread is good but if you don't like honey like me the honey butter is the only option they have. I even asked for regular butter and they didn't offer it.. we tried a mock tail that was real good and tasted like pink lemonade with coconut. One thing I love about Vanderpump locations is her drinks are always amazing. If your going for drinks and light food this is a good choice. If you want a full meal you won't get it here.

Beautiful decor good food. Our server Andrea, could’ve been a little bit more attentive .big pet peeve is the only napkins offered were cocktail napkins a little subpar for a burger or food finger food with sticky sauces or dip. We will be back and bring my own napkins:)

The food and the cocktails were amazing. It seemed like they needed a few more waiters and waitresses. However, the ambience was over the top and will definitely go back again!

The drinks were horrible, was excited for the dirty dog they made them no blue cheese olives asked for extra dirty it was still clear with too much vermouth not to mention the Olives they did use were dried up and Hollowed olives. Coconut shrimp overcooked. It was disappointing because we were so excited to go here. Ambience was amazing. Server was good but could have been better

I expected more for the money and it being brand new. A+++ for ambiance. Pitty the food wasn't better.

Came for brunch and minimal gluten free option. If your looking for brunch this not the place for you. Not even eggs on the menu and al carbs. Ended up choosing loaded tater tots which was not what I wanted but felt obligated to purchase something since I came all this way. If you have celiac do not go.

This was our third visit to pinky’s and had it been our first we would’ve never come back again. When we finally were seated, it took the server 20 minutes to take our drink order. Then our food came out before we got our drinks. Service was terrible. There were two managers who were walking around not helping anyone with the poor service. We were never asked how our food or drinks were… or even if we needed anything. We had to wait to get our bill which made us late for our show. Then our bill was incorrectly charged. It took another 30 minutes to get that straightened out overall the managers and host & hostess were very unhelpful and rude. There was a large company party in the front area, which seemed to have all of the focus of this staff and management. It was a very disappointing birthday celebration and we will not be going back. What a waste of money. Sadly, very disappointing.
