Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

    Menu items not available, half dead restaurant but refused to seat us at a booth even know there were 5 or 6 open. Service very sub par, food deep fried pub food. Won't be back. Big miss.

    We loved the entire experience at Pinky’s. Everything from food to servers and people at the desk couldn’t have been nicer. 1st class restaurant and we’ll be back on our next trip.

    Food came out fast. Service was very slow. Had to speak with the hostess as we felt our server forgot about us. Pretty restaurant. Goat cheese balls did not disappoint!

    Everything was great except my biggest pet peeve....our appetizers (which were ordered a while after drinks) showed up and were eaten before we got our drinks. Food was FANTASTIC.

    What an incredible dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the energy was vibrant and the staff made us feel right at home. The “Birthday Baby” cocktail was a total standout—fun, festive, and absolutely delicious, the perfect way to kick off the evening. The pull-apart bread was warm, fluffy, and melts in your mouth—we couldn’t get enough. And the truffle mac and cheese? Pure indulgence. Creamy, rich, and loaded with that deep truffle flavor that makes every bite unforgettable. The atmosphere was lively and stylish, making it the perfect spot for a celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

    Vanderpump never gets it wrong! The decor is immaculate and the food is spectacular ! Our server Sarah was wonderful the staff is fully attentive and kind. Definitely pay a visit every single item for everyone in our group was delicious !

    My spouse and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary so I splurged for the Lisa’s table experience. We were seated next to the host stand, didn’t even get to enjoy the beauty of the restaurant as we didn’t even go in the main area. Shots did not come served in a birdcage as described. The food was good but one of our dipping sauces was served in a glass cracked dish. The whole experience was not as advertised and I was left extremely disappointed. I’m not sure what the additional charge of $64 really got us. Table location was awful and the shots felt like an afterthought just thrown on the table in passing.

    Enjoyed our experience. Cocktails are excellent. The food is o.k. Our waitress was very accommodating. I don't think I would go back, one time was enough for me.
