Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

The service at this restaurant was the worst experience. We were seated at a “walk in” table even though we had a reservation and the host would not move us. We had to insist on speaking to a manager before a table miraculously came available in the empty restaurant. And even then we received basic service from the wait staff

Lovely spot for a cocktail and small plates, and the table service was excellent. Shame about the rude lady server when we were sat at the bar. Did not make us feel welcome at all.

The lobster rolls were delicious as well as the Caesar salad! I especially loved the Expresso Martini!

Micala & Joey were amazing. Micala was so attentive to our needs and was always so happy which uplifted our spirits. Cant wait to come back again!

I was so looking going to dinner at Pinky’s! Love LVP!!! From the start our experience was not good. I had a reservation for over a month. We were seated right away, however our waiter was horrible!!! He either forgot we were there or was at our table 3 times in a row. The food was about the quality of Applebees! And I am being generous! I go out all the time in Vegas and love great food. I was disappointed in the food. The goat cheese balls were over fried and wagyu burgers were just so-so! The drinks were good and the only thing me and my friends liked at dinner, bust you can get a good drink almost anywhere in Vegas!!! The best part of dinner was we asked the waiter after almost 2 hours to split our bill in 3 to charge and he charged my friends the correct amount but only charged me $7.90! Being honest we called over the manager (which took another 15 minutes) to tell him the issue and he told us how he was going to fix all this stuff, and proceeded to then rebill. He did not even say thank you for flagging the fact I brought this to his attention and paid him correctly! Anyways, horrible food and service!!!!

We ordered the tater tots, pigs in a blanket and a wedge salad. The tater tots came out first after about 15 minutes the pigs in a blanket came out. We then asked where the salad was and the food runner told us items come out as they come out. Waiting another 10 minutes no salad. Kitchen was told still not salad. After about 30-40 minutes my salad finally came out. It was wrong. We asked to speak with a manager while the waitress was so kind to have them refire the salad to go for me. The waitress also took the salad off the bill immediately. Our waitress was great. However, it took another 20 minutes for the manger to come to our table which seems like a very long time. After explaining everything they comped our bill except the drinks. However our amazing sever made sure our drink we comped. I love LVP. But the kitchen staff can’t fire a salad in less than 40 minutes is crazy. To be out of a certain cocktail is crazy and for it to take over 20 minutes to have a manger at someone’s table is insane. Need to hire better head of staff to run this ship. Especially if your paying at least $60 person. Not worth the hype!!!!
