At Pincette- Lobster Bar, transport yourselves to a chic lobster shack in the East Coast of Canada. With lobster as the main item on the menu, our restaurant presents a variety of unique dishes including lobster poutine, lobster pasta, lobster mac and cheese, as well as classic dishes such as lobster rolls and of course, whole lobster. Not worth the money. Food wasn’t that great. Service was ok and the place was cramped. Itwas like eating in a fastfood restaurant, but expensive! Wish I didn’t believe the 4.4 stars review; it definitely was not!

Excellent food and service. I would recommend a visit to this restaurant. Expect a very lively environment as the indoor space is small and where there are large parties there it can be very noisy

Service was OK We felt rushed , sometimes felt like we were asking too much of the waiter . At one point , because of his rushed attitude, he brought a sharp knife close to my face as he tried to place it on the table,,, Food was ok, but not worth what we paid. Hostess was super sweet and very understanding

Bonjour, suivant notre arrivé nous avons eu droit à un agréable surclassement de place pour la terrasse. Néanmoins, le service fut particulièrement long et sans accompagnement. On nous reçoit en anglais en premier, puis on nous proposes de l’eau normal ou pétillante, mais sans se faire expliquer que la pétillante à un coût. Premier faux pas. Ensuite, on nous as offert de choisir un breuvage et ce fut la dernière fois que pendant la soirée on nous offrait à boire de l’eau comme de l’alcool. Aucun suivi de ce côté. Ensuite, le repas était tiède en plus que le service fut lent et les quantités risibles. L’expérience verbale avec le serveur qui était malgré tout amical a bien rattraper la bourde, mais pas assez pour indiquer une meilleure note.

The meal we enjoyed at Pincette was incredible. All of the dishes we ordered were delivered hot, well spiced, and absolutely delicious. We couldn’t expect any better food.

Accompagnements (frites et salade) ordinaires mais homard délicieux. Risotto queue de homard et raviolis faits maison très bon. Frais.

We had an amazing experience. As a server myself I was very aware that I am probably creating problems by not knowing where we wanna seat in the beginning, but the host was sweet and patient and accomodated us with a large smile. Out server was an asian guy with tattoos (sorry that I am not recalling his name right now), but he was amazing. So kind and reading us as customers perfectly! He saw we were on a date and was not intrusive at all, but took care to approach us when we needed another drink and everything. We enjoyed the lobster roll and the rose wine👌 For our first Montreal trip is was a perfect restaurant choice.
