   Return customer (several times over). Reliably good, moderately priced with congenial and attentive service. $5 for a Diet Coke is still steep; I’m not at a theater or at the airport.

   Prompt, excellent service. It can be a little noisy with the high ceiling. My wife had two appetizers: organic green salad and shrimp. She enjoyed them both. I had a wedge salad and the sirloin crusted with blue cheese. Both were excellent. For those who ho by the tipping guidelines, their calculations are based on the food plus sales tax.

   Pigs ear is definitely one of our tops faves in southern Utah. We’ve been coming here regularly since they opened. Top faves to order are the superfood power bowl and I add chicken, the steak tacos, the cap steak, Parmesan chicken cutlets, and the salmon. The appetizers are all delicious with such good flavors. And then desserts are fabulous also. I love the bread pudding and the Key-lime pie.

   Order the house lemonade spritzer - it was delicious! The ribs were great too! Kids ordered burgers and exclaimed it was the best they'd ever had. We had a lovely meal and thought it was worth the splurge.

   A family favorite and never disappoints! They have an amazing service, the entire menu is delicious, and an easy place to dine and visit as the ambiance is wonderful! Simple yet elegant!     Food is amazing and service was outstanding. Will definitely go back. Try the shredded beef or the chicken Parmesan.
