Our take on "Gastropub" provides you with a wide variety of options that range from straightforward pub food to elegant dishes created by Chef Joshua Minnich. Our nightly specials include neighborhood favorites like Braised Short Rib, Fried Chicken and Meatloaf ($17-$22). Signature Entreés include Skuna Bay Salmon, Pan Seared Scallops, Roasted Duck Breast and Espresso Rubbed Pork Shoulder ($24-$32).
The term "scratch" doesn't only apply to our kitchen. Our bar program includes house made syrups and infusions that we use in our Seasonal Cocktails which we update regularly. 12 taps that rotate with local and national craft beer selections. A wine list that will keep your wallet happy with 45 wines under $50... and for special nights some $200-$300 bottles that would make any Sommelier drool.
All of this is designed, prepared and served by friendly folks that are passionate about what they do and how they do it.
