We had a great experience. The only complaints we would have (we didn’t complain at the time) was the music was a tad too loud for 7:00. It made it hard to hear the 4 of us. It was really cold by the window, but not so uncomfortable that we said anything to the staff. Just thought you should know for the future. The new ham and Brie sandwich was a big hit! The French dip was awesome too!

Set a reservation the night before and our table was ready for us when we arrived a few minutes early. Service and food were both great. The food arrived quickly as well. The place was busy but we never felt rushed. My family and I enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it to others looking for a quality place to eat in the Harbor/Petoskey area.

We (6 of us) went on Thanksgiving day. The turkey special was tempting, but no one actually ordered it because the rest of the menu looked great, too. Ribs, french dip, pizza, and fish dinners were all great, as well as the desserts! Will definitely stop in again.

Our family loves Pierson's. We keep saying we should try other places, and sometimes we do, but mostly we just want to go back to Pierson's. Good array of options from classic burgers and fries to sushi and salad and pulled pork tacos. Always a few new fund beers on tap. Friendly, efficient, chill staff. And the old time ski vibe totally works.

I thought by reserving a table on “open table” we would be seated in a nice booth or table. Instead we were offered a high top in the far corner next to the bar or a table in their outdoor patio. I specifically requested an inside table on my reservation as it was a very cold evening. We ended up outside because one of our guests had recent knee surgery & couldn’t sit at the high top table. It was also very noisy by the bar. After being unhappy with our table, we were told that they were out of about 1/4 of the items on their menu, including EVERY item on their special's of the night menu. Our reservation was at 7pm so being out of so many items that early was disappointing. I realize most restaurants are still struggling so we’ll give Pierson's another try but I do think they should try to give people who bother to make a reservation a little more attention.

As usual, an excellent meal with good service and a fun ambiance. Originally seated next to a window, it was quite chilly so our waitress suggested a move to the back of the restaurant where it was very cozy.

Food is always good and our waiter, JB I think or JD, was terrific! Love being able to make reservations on Open Table and the option of selecting indoor or outside.
