   The starters were fine, then the mains came out. The sea bass looked like it was gutted in the plate. The new potatoes were bland and is seasoned and the broccoli was more like raw and unseasoned than al dente. I sent back the this meal, even though I had an apology from the waitress and an offer of another main (which I declined) there was no offer of not paying for this meal. My wife had the salmon pasta, this came out all glucky and tasteless. We all so noticed another table sending back dishes… Overall, this ruined or evening and left us hungry. We payed for what we had, as we didn’t want any confrontation and left. This was very disappointing, as the venue is situated in a perfect place and views are beautiful. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and wouldn’t even think about going again.

   Hope the owner reads this review. Very slow service, staff don’t know what a decaf coffee is... Many items on the menu not available, at an early lunch sitting. Took over an hour for the young inexperienced staff to take the food order, and nearly an hour for it to be served, the children were climbing the walls by then, and their meals came last, and had items missing. Limited desert options, which were not correct when served. The owner and his family tuned up after we had been there an hour, and food was served to his table very quickly... Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

   Fantastic waiting team, cracking venue and food that was not only tasty but fantastic value, we have been here a few times and has always been consistent in all aspects of our evening, thanks to the team for all thier efforts.

   Service was excellent, the guy who was working was very polite, attentive & friendly. We both had pancakes and a bucks fizz as celebrating my mums new job. Probably the nicest pancakes i have had out in a long time & the drinks were lovely. Will definitely come again

   Really good got a nice quiet table that we asked for the service was great , food and drinks all good as well will be back

   Food was nice could have improved easily no butter on toast with the avocado just two little slices of chilli ambience uncomfortable with girl working behind bar no smiles and unfriendly

    Contrary to information available, this IS NOT a dog friendly venue. Even for our therapy dog who most wouldn’t even know was there! I mentioned bringing the dog in the notes section on the booking and this clearly wasn’t read as I wasn’t told the dog wouldn’t be allowed in until I got there. Clearly they don’t look at those notes - what if it was information relating to an allergy? Hmm, not good, won’t be in a hurry to go here again.
