I've gone to Piccolo's many times and food is excellent. Service could be quicker but perhaps its a function of quality of food. I did have one poor meal, a veal dish, where the veal was very tough. One blenish among many meals.

Our server was great it was a very busy evening on Saturday and she never kept us waiting the food was nice and hot the hot peppers however as an appetizer could’ve been a little Saucier and have some cheese on them so that was a little disappointing

We had a reservation but still had to wait approximately 30 minutes. To compensate for that we were all offered a free dessert. Nice compensation. The food was outstanding. There were four of us and we were all so pleased with our meals. I look forward to returning!

We were on a date night and we got sat right away but they couldn’t figure out our server due to how busy the restaurant was so we waited a while for some to take care of us . When we finally got our food , my chicken was raw in my pasta and I lost my appetite. We have been here plenty of times and this was the worst experience that we have had .

Overall great experience. Food was great and service was even better. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine paired with excellent service.

We felt rushed to leave at 8:40pm. They turned all the lights on. We were the last table. We had a 7:30 PM reservation. When I asked what time they close I was told 9:00 PM. My husband asked for a cup of coffee before 830 and was told everything was shut down already. Then maybe they shouldn’t have taken a reservation past 7:00 PM

I ordered the Spaghetti with Clam Sauce which according to the description was supposed to include the following: “Chopped clams, onion, garlic, white wine, crushed red peppers, fresh basil” However, all it came with were clams and spaghetti. No onion, garlic, crushed red peppers and basil. The dish was very salty with barely any taste or hint of white wine, if any. I was very disappointed.

This was a pleasant evening dinner w my husband. Restaurant was very crowded. On my reservation I requested to NOT be seated at tiny tables by the wall. The hostess did attempt to seat us at a tiny table but with just a few minutes wait a larger table became available. Hostess was very busy and did an excellent job getting guests seated. I enjoyed chicken Marsala. Husband had chicken parmesan. Both servings were enough for two meals-which we brought home. One of our favorite restaurants. Servers and clean up crew quickly cleaned and set up tables. Excellent service.

Piccolo was excellent. The only thing I have negative to say is the service was fair. I could see that they didn't have enough wait staff for the tables. But, when you have to wait 15 minutes or more after you have gotten seated is wrong. The food was stupendous. We were a table of six and each of us ordered different things. The food was also plentiful. We all went home with bags of food.

The place is really a "local" atmosphere. The servers, bartender greeted a number of patrons by name. Food was good but nothing special....please don't misunderstand, if you are near the place, looking for a good meal at a fair price, it is a good choice. We will not RUSH back, but you will see us there again in the future.

Our table was in the middle of the restaurant, between two other tables. Servers knock into my chair, our table, and me all night. Not one person apologized. The food was good, but hard to enjoy when getting bumped into all night.

bad service and no apparent management. the server was totally untrained. our food took nearly an hour to prepare and deliver. halfway through he let us know, no lasagna and they would have to reselect. our waiter George kept telling us we had to be patient. the food was just ok. Cleveland offers many good pizza options, this was not one of them. very disappointing, and no one seemed to care.
