    We made a reservation for my husbands birthday and did not know we would be sat next to the noisy and hot kitchen. My whole family was complaining about how hot it was.

    We are frequent patrons at Piattis at La Cantera and it is our "go to" for birthdays and events. This dinner was for my daughter's graduation dinner. Unfortunately this was not a good experience at all. We should have left after we walked in and the air conditioning wasn't working, (the fan in the corner read 82 degrees), but it was a Friday night and trying to get another reservation somewhere was going to be tough. So we decided to stay and well... it didn't get better. Our waiter got busy and we sat with empty glasses a few times. Also, we received our food for 6 of us... and about 10 minutes later the last two after watching the waiter deliver drinks and take orders at other tables. When the food was finally delivered... no apologies or anything. The food fell short this evening as well. The chicken on two of the plates had the skin on it and it was rubbery instead of crispy. The flavor was great, but the texture... not so great. The chicken fettuccine was one of the best dishes of the night and one we'd order again.

    Everything was delicious and came out correct. The food was hot, the drinks were cold. Our waitress took excellent care of us. I’m very happy with how the dinner went and will definitely be back

    We always enjoy dining at Piatti. The service is always fantastic and the food is delicious. I especially like that the food consistently comes out hot and fresh.

    Each of 3 had something different and we were all pleased. We ate early so cannot comment on noise later in the evening.

    Linguine and clams were great, all appetizers were really good. Tyler the bartender was the best and took great care of us. When we went the AC was broken so I was sweating like crazy but still stayed for the great food. Will return
