   Great food, reasonable pricing. Service upstairs was very speedy, but the music was too loud for my liking. Ambient flickering lighting didn't have the desired effect and instead was just annoying. Overall, an 8/10. Good first date spot!

   Ordered the soup but it was not piping hot. Wanted to pay via Pho vouchers but the transaction could not go through. Unfortunately there wasn't any proactive communication from the Manager on whatthe problem was. I weaited for 15 minutes after which I approached the waiter and paid via card instead. Disappointed I purchased the voucher. I have in the past completed similar feedback request to Pho but there wasn't any feedback from Pho.

   牛肉牛丸完全 唔好味，牛肉太靭 太硬，slow cook 都搞唔點，牛丸質感又怪怪，其實廚師有冇深究 牛肉嘅每個部位烹調方法？！最好味係 椒鹽魷魚、炸春卷。 越南馳名的 湯牛肉河 不好吃，就算迎合 英國人/外國人口味 也不是這樣的。希望 這間連鎖店 有所改善。我試過兩個City 嘅 Pho 都好失望，不會再光顧了。

   We came here after searching for healthier places to eat in Cambridge. We hadn't tried much Vietnamese food before, so were appreciative of staff suggestions when it came to ordering! We had summer rolls, the spicy green pho, a curry bowl, some of the fresh juices, and flowering jasmine tea. It was great that you could adjust the spice level with the different condiments on the table. It all tasted light and fresh, while still being filling! Lovely atmosphere with some cool music playing. Even though it was a busy night, we felt that we were taken care of. We'd happily be back and feel like we've found our new favourite Cambridge eatery.

   The music was quite loud,which is fine for a cool evening dining expereince but a bit of a nuisance at lunchtime when you may want to chat with friends and colleagues. Also I don't appreciate that the optional service charge cannot be actually amended on the bill unless you call somebody over to completely redo the bill. If I cannot change it or delete it on the handheld without fuss, then it isn't optional

    Danny who has served us the bill was so rude, instead of explaining that student discount policy has changed now they require physical student card for student discount, and apologise for confusion as that was not the case when I got discount before, she told me I should have read it on their website before I came as all information is there. Why do you have to be so mean and rude, maybe she was having a bad day and we had to take it all from her and I could not accept when I went with my family to have a food meal out on the weekend.
