Idk what happened in the night of our reservation but the app and the restaurant themself made me confirm my reservation I made through Open Table 3 times. I got texts over the course of two weeks. Confirmed all three times. We get there 10 minutes prior to our reservation for 2 people. The woman at the desk said “IDK what’s going on with my host this evening but we’re running behind 15-20 minutes”. It wouldn’t have been a problem if 1) It didn’t turn into longer than 20 minutes and 2) If 5 other parties BEFORE us were still waiting for their own reservation. No idea what happened but we left before they even got to us. Ridiculous.

Dined here while traveling. We were seated immediately upon arrival and our server was attentive as well as giving us time to look at the menu. Food was delivered promptly. Portion sizes were large so we split a meal and an appetizer. Will dine here again.

Had not been in years, but not sure why. It was elevated and delicious. The ramen with pork was the stand out dish. The low end dish was the sushi. Many, many dishes in between that were excellent.

This place used to be awesome! However, now it is no better than an expensive Applebee’s. Service is spotty, food is mediocre, and it’s become way overpriced. Used to be an experience now just another overpriced place to eat. Sad.

Although we had an Open Table reservation, PF Changs did not reflect the reservation in their system. We waited while they figured out a plan to accommodate us. The manager was very gracious and even went out of his way to photograph our reunion for us as we waited. They couldn’t accommodate us in the full dining room, but got us seats at the bar. We had a fun and delicious evening — great save by the kind and resourceful manager!

We absolutely love the people that work the bar. Ashley is awesome. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that waited on us also but he was so personable and friendly and efficient.
