Our server, Nico, was fantastic. He was pleasant and very attentive. BUT the food delivery was extremely slow (like there was a lack of cooks). And the young woman who brought out our appetizer seemed like she were being held against her will. Also it seems like the chicken lettuce wraps recipe has changed. The chicken was drier (maybe overcooked) and slightly different flavor. I didn't like them as much as before. The orange peel chicken was the same wonderful dish!! But overall it was a positive experience (almost entirely related to our server) and we will be back again!!

The service was great and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and there was very little chicken in the dish. The pieces were very small and I had mostly lo mein noodles so that was disappointing.

While I could make the reservation on OpenTable, the reservation did not make it to P.F, Chang's so we had to wait on a very busy night, PF CHange was accommodating but this needs to be fixed. It reflects badly on Open Table and P F CHang.

Always a good meal. I am not a fan of having to put my leftovers in the boxes. That used to be something the server would do for us.

Always a great choice for good food and service when you are at Mayfair or elsewhere. I was able to make a short notice reservations on OpenTable.

Hostess told us not to use Open Table to book - stated the restaurant doesn’t receive communication from OT, which seemed odd. We were still able to get a table right away, though. Food was meh. Service was ok. Servers were nice. 1 meal came out incorrectly & one side was not brought out but these were corrected quickly. Given volume of dining options nearby I would not be in a hurry to go back.

It was a terrible experience. I made a reservation, and they gave my table away and I had to wait although I arrived 10 minutes early. The host was rude, and so was the server. She didn't clear the table, so we barely had enough room to eat. She brought us our check before we ordered desert. Our bill was wrong, and she couldn't figure out the change. It was a terrible experience, and I would not go back.
