   While I could make the reservation on OpenTable, the reservation did not make it to P.F, Chang's so we had to wait on a very busy night, PF CHange was accommodating but this needs to be fixed. It reflects badly on Open Table and P F CHang.

   Always a good meal. I am not a fan of having to put my leftovers in the boxes. That used to be something the server would do for us.

   Always a great choice for good food and service when you are at Mayfair or elsewhere. I was able to make a short notice reservations on OpenTable.

   Hostess told us not to use Open Table to book - stated the restaurant doesn’t receive communication from OT, which seemed odd. We were still able to get a table right away, though. Food was meh. Service was ok. Servers were nice. 1 meal came out incorrectly & one side was not brought out but these were corrected quickly. Given volume of dining options nearby I would not be in a hurry to go back.

   It was a terrible experience. I made a reservation, and they gave my table away and I had to wait although I arrived 10 minutes early. The host was rude, and so was the server. She didn't clear the table, so we barely had enough room to eat. She brought us our check before we ordered desert. Our bill was wrong, and she couldn't figure out the change. It was a terrible experience, and I would not go back.

   Great food and amazing service . The food was timed perfectly and we didn’t have to wait.

   The prices have really gone up! $20 for a Caesar salad without any protein is really expensive.

   We haven't been here in a while and did not like the new menu options. There are no white sauces; everything is garlic, sesame or spicy. They do have a secret (former) menu with the prior menu options, so I was able to order something that I liked. My daughter ordered Sesame Chicken and did not like the sauce at all.

    Upon arriving, we were told that even though we used Open Table to make our reservations, they don’t get the reservations via Open Table. Huh? When asked what happens if they’re busy, the hostess just shrugged! I would confirm your reservation by phone if you want to guarantee you actually have a reservation! We were fortunate, they were not too busy and they were able to seat us right away. Food was great and our server , Sasha was delightful. Because it wasn’t busy, food came out fast and in the proper sequence. One last observation, the place could use a good “deep” cleaning.
