We went there mid afternoon. I generally have had great experience but this was the worse experience any of us have ever had with a PF Chang's. It was so bad that I probably won't consider going to this one again. Table was dirty, the "clean" plates they provided actually had rice on them. The meat in our entrees, one was very rubbery and one almost tasted burnt. Everything and I mean everything was just off.

I long wait for my order, received incorrect order, had to request condiments and silverware twice , rice was cold and chicken hard and dry, will Not be returning!

I chose PF Chang’s for Mother’s Day because after not going for years I had stopped in and I found great value in the lunch specials and the food was very good. However. On Mother’s Day this was not true. There were mix ups in what we had ordered and an extra dish of Sesame Chicken which came in handy because my daughter who ordered the Teriyaki Trio did not like it but loved the Sesame Chicken. Either way we were not charged for the e tea dish and they kindly removed my daughter’s meal altogether since she didn’t eat any of it. I ordered the salt and pepper prawns and they were delicious. Two others in our party got soggy egg rolls which was greatly disappointing and said the food was good, not great. The side of Brussels had excellent flavor but were still just a tad too hard to make them enjoyable. The appetizer dumplings came in a chili sauce that was super heated. Only two of us could tolerate them, but I felt they were delicious. The standout appetizer though was the crispy green beans. They were hot with just enough salt and a delicious spicy sauce on the side. Overall, it was a mixed bag. Some were good and some not so good. There was a decided lack of consistency in the food. The service was good. Our waitress took our questions about our bill seriously and despite miscommunication and lack of understanding on both parts, she stayed and explained in different ways so that we could understand how she rang up the bill. When we were satisfied, she even went back to her manager at her own discretion and checked to make sure it was right which was nice. She was a great waitress.

Absolutely delicious! The drinks were very tastey also. We highly recommend and will be back. Mongolian Trio was superb. We all ordered something different, and everyone loved their dish. Brussel sprouts were a hit too! Nice sized portions!

The waitress was too fast. We would start ordering not be done yet and she would ask the next person. We had to four times say we aren’t done yet. The best part of the meal was the dessert. The Mongolian beef’s broccoli were like stalks of hard green vegetables.

First time guest. We found the food was amazing. Everyone in our group had a different dish. Everyone agreed everything was perfect and the presentation was great. We will go back soon.

Things have really changed at Changs, portions smaller, sharing rice and wraps we terrible! Restroom was dirty hair all over the sinks, someone picking out a fro, then we got lucky and that fro served us. Prediction, this place shuts down within a year unless things change.
