   We went at a busy time, and let the waiter know we were on a fixed time frame to get to a concert at Thunder Valley. He did a great job of getting us served but not feeling rushed. We were in and out in no time (extra tips for that!!). We had a lovely meal of pan-fried dumplings and Chang's Spicy Chicken with white rice. We had a double order of dumplings and split the entree. It was plenty for two people. We will definitely go back again soon when we can enjoy our time a bit more.

   Food was delicious, as always. Service was exceptional! The Asian Pear Mojito was refreshing!

   I love the quality and consistency of their food no matter which city you are visiting. It definitely keeps me going back.

   I would not book this reservation on Open Table. Upon arrival at reservation time after fasting all day we were told we could not sit for another 45 minutes to an hour. The reasoning was that open table reservations do not connect to their system. Therefore they didn’t know about it. After waiting 25 minutes, we were seated outside in the cold due to the only table being available. Service was great once we did sit, but we had to ask for a manager to even get a table outside almost after waiting 30 minutes.

   Everything was amazing, as usual, but apparently PFC doesn’t connect with OoenTable anymore, so they didn’t have our reservation. We still got seated immediately, but if they’re not interfacing with OpenTable anymore it should get unlisted.

   I booked a 7pm reservation for Feb. 14th and the hostess said she couldn’t find it on her end and told my she will try to seat me by 9pm! I showed her the reservation on open table and she said “oh, well I’ll try to get you seated as soon as possible.” Thirty minutes passed and I went back up to the hostess after seeing several people get called that came in after I did and asked her how much longer, she replied “oh, we just seated our last 7pm reservations and we will get you in next.” I understand that it was a busy night, but what’s the point of making a reservation and the restaurant not honoring it and me getting penalized for a fault on their end?!

   Food was awful. Saltier than normal. Almost as if they had no idea what the food they are serving tastes like. It was Valentine’s Day but they acted like they didn’t know how to handle a busy night. It was pretty disappointing, as this used to be a pretty good restaurant.

    Horrible experience. Had to ask for a menu 3 times. Waited over 30 minutes to lettuce wraps. Wanted to order more food and no one came around to take our order again. Couldn't get a final tap, so left money on table. Will not go again to this establishment.
