Made reservations via app and when arrived the lady said didn’t have any reservations. We decided to leave, while waiting near the restaurant, the hostess came after us and showed us our reservation on the phone. She must be new or doesn’t know how Opentable works. We decided to stay and have dinner which was good.

The 4 of us + 2 kids all ate different items and all was excellent. The Dynamite Shrimp as a starter was super good. I was a little disappointed about my Mongolian beef w/ shrimp in that the beef was a bit overcooked. We all had different items for dessert also and all were delicious. The chocolate cake was the size of a bus!!!!! Would've been enough for the 6 if us.

Duraron más de 1 hora para una simple entrada , y el Plato fuerte 1:30. Han bajado mucho la calidad y el tamaño de los platos nos es igual que antes. Muy decepcionado del que fue mi restaurante favorito

No fue un día con suerte. Agradezco mucho a Jordan porque salió al rescate, No tuvimos la mejor experiencia pero Jordan hizo que tengamos toda la intención de volver.

No hay una relación adecuada costo-calidad y ofrecen servicio de ocasiones especiales sin la mínima consideración especial o regalía no deberian preguntarlo si no van a dar algo a cambio de la expectativa del cliente

Fui a cenar con mi familia (4) el 31 de Diciembre. A pesar de haber hecho la reservación con una semana de antelación, la mesa que nos dieron estaba dañada, no dejaba de balancearse y a la par de 3 perritos que no dejaban de ladrar entonces fue un poco incómodo, tuvimos casi que rogarle a 3 meseros diferentes que por favor nos buscaran una mesa que no estuviera dañada y en un lugar donde pudiéramos tener una cena más cómodos (sí habían unas 4 mesas disponibles para 4p adentro, no entiendo por qué nos dieron una mesa como si no hubiéramos hecho una reservación desde antes). En fin, no volvería y mucho menos para una fecha “importante”.
