Positives-great tasting food and servers. Negatives - Upon arrival, the hostess brought us to a not fully cleaned table. When we requested another one (planty of other options available at that time), her response was, "I was going to get you a rag." When we sat down at another table, it was still damp from recent cleanup. It was uncomfortable to set our phones down on it, so we waited until it was dry. When appetizers arrived, a bowl of rice to share for our main course was also brought up to our table. Not fully finished with the soup and a salad, here comes our main courses, nice and hot. However, they became lukewarm, as they had to wait till we finished. We had a bad experience at this dining. It appears that the staff during our visit was not properly trained to manage their patrons.

Great tasting food and great service. Highly recommended. During our visit, we encountered issue with interpretation of confusingly structured menu. I wish the corporate office of this restaurant chain would make changes to simplify the menu and clearly present additional costs, where applicable. The stuff corrected the issue and was very friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciate that.

Cameron my server was very attentive and great. I am not a big fan of Asian food which is why I rated it just ok and it was just me dining, but I think this would be a great choice for families or a bigger party and the food was great for not being my favorite. Definitely order the chicken wraps! And thanks for the great service.

We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The restaurant was not very busy. However, we waited 15 minutes for service and water. We got up to ask for service from 3 waiters standing around a register. The service from then was excellent and the food was very good. We were very disappointed with the initial dine-in experience.

The server was overwhelmed but friendly and helpful. She was pretty vocal about being overwhelmed. The food was mediocre at best. The drinks were good. They were out of spoons . How do you run out of spoons. I likely won’t return. It’s definitely not PF Chang’s of the past. They’ve slipped considerably.
