The Happy Hour Mai Tai cocktails were too sweet and had very little alcohol. The Happy Hour appetizers were pricey for being so small. We also got a main course and it was small. The service was very good.

The food was absolutely sub par. The dishes were either bland, or downright gross. Almost every single dish came out cold, and they forgot one of the dishes entirely. Took an extraordinarily long time for the food to come out, even though the restaurant was pretty empty. Was overall a very poor experience.

Worse experience ever. Tons of waitstaff just hanging around while we were the only ones in there in a slow Monday late afternoon. Ultimately management is to blame but acted like the good guy. My sister got our bill reduced but I see you Mr. Manager. Do your job!

We went to the PF Chang's in Irvine Spectrum, early afternoon, for a family member's birthday. They offered us a choice between sitting inside, or outside on a covered patio. We sat outside on the patio, where less than half the tables were occupied. Sitting on the patio is recommended to watch people walking around the mall. Our server was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We ordered the Kung Pho Shrimp, Singapore Street Noodles, Vegetable Lettuce Wraps, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. The food arrived in less than 20 minutes, and everything tasted delicious! Portions were more than adequate for the four of us. A tasty dessert item was provided as part of the birthday. Prices are reasonable when you consider the high quality food and service. We would definitely go to this PF Chang's again!

I feel quality has declined over the years. Singapore noodles was more like an Indian spices dish than what was expected. Too vinegary. Also overcooked and partly burned. No regular soy sauce is available, only a watered down low sodium variety. They should at least make regular soy sauce available. Cost cutting? Used to be top quality and fresh. That was 20 plus years ago I suppose.

PF Changs never disappoints, as their food taste and presentation is consistent. Only “complaint” would be that the large bowl of egg drop soup barely has enough soup for 5 guests despite saying it serves 6 guests (and we had 6 in our party).

Totally disappointed. 2nd time in a year and the wait time was unacceptable with reservations. Had to wait 10 minutes both times with reservations and with many tables available. This time got my favorite chicken lettuce wrap and it was completely different. Soooo disappointed and I will not go to another PFChangs.

We met up with friends and it was our first visit to the restaurant. There was a changeover in waiter as we arrived which made the service slightly slower for the drinks order to arrive. Overall it was a good experience and the food was very good.

Everything at the restaurant was great but this is the first and only time I had a problem with my open table reservation. I made reservations and got confirmation but once at the restaurant they had nothing on it. Very frustrating.

The food didn’t have very much flavor. The combo fried rice was dry and they gave us no sauces with 2 of our 3 orders of egg rolls. It was disappointing. When I asked for soy sauce the server who brought our food just looked at me. I had to ask someone else. Wouldn’t go back.

5 of us went for a birthday dinner and had a horrible experience that the restaurant should be ashamed of. You took my reservation in which means you agree to provide reliable service and good food. And although we paid top price what we got was a disgrace. Took almost an hour for the first meal to come and the 10 minutes to get almost almost everything else. Of course 2 of the dished were made incorrectly and all of them we cold. Then the best part, the last dish risky came 25 minutes after and it was tempura rolls! A total disgrace. Then, after a of this the manager came over however was unable to explain why we were being treated so badly but really couldn’t come up with anything. Maybe you’re just a bad manager who doesn’t know how to run a restaurant that people are paying good money to eat at? The “free” chocolate cake made up for nothing. Epic fail and we will never be back.

An overall very average experience. The restaurant seemed short staffed. I arrived right on time for my reservation but had to wait 10 minutes for a table, even though there were at least 10 clean, open tables. The restaurant didn't seem very clean. There was a drink spilled on the floor near the front door that wasn't cleaned up the entire time I was at the restaurant. It took the staff too long to clean up dirty tables. Tables were wobbly and in disrepair. There as absolutely no manager presence anywhere in the restaurant. The food was fine and the server was nice but overall I was unimpressed with how this restaurant is being run. Considering how many other PF Chang's locations have closed, I wouldn't be surprised if this one follows suit soon. Maybe the Fashion Island location is better?

Our server was excellent, but I gave service a 4 star only because it was obvious that the restaurant is short staffed. Our dirty dishes were not removed in a timely fashion befor the next courses arrived. Other than that the food was excellent as usual.

Extremely disappointed…service was poor …when it came to paying they ask that you take a pic of a barcode then enter your credit card number manually …what happened to service? As a patron we are being asked to do the servers job and tip on top of that??? I am out!

I don’t recall ever having anything negative to say about P.F. Chang’s, but this past visit saw a reduced menu and outside seating closed due to a maintenance issue. The food we ordered was still the quality we expect when we go to Chang’s but the Duck was no longer on the menu and we were told they are removing the Sea Bass as well. In addition, it looked like the menu was considerably smaller. When it’s just the 2 of us our dishes are still available, but in a larger group like we had for this visit, too many things are missing. Not sure it will be our go-to restaurant for this group in the future.

Miss the open kitchen and more traditional Chinese menu they had before. Classics like lettuce wrap chicken is still good but fried rice was, well I don’t know what that was. Service staff was slow and didn’t tell us they were out of a dish we ordered until the rest of the dishes arrived, leaving us w less amount of food than we had anticipated.

We understand that there was a shortage of servers in this day so it was much slower than our other visits. The servers we had were nice but we could tell there was frustration.

We came to here for Father’s Day lunch and had the best experience. Not only were the food and service exceptional, the manager was amazing! My husband is a Veteran and he gave us a discount. It was nice that it was at Irvine Spectrum. It’s such a beautiful shopping center to walk around in after lunch.
