   One of the plates came in dirty with chocolate mousse on them and had to be replaced. I think it was a very busy evening, somehow took longer than usual for the check to come. Food - we do miss tofu lettuce wraps taken off the menu. We ordered a side of cauliflower stir fry I think it was called- it was so sweet that we left half of it. I think it was the first time we didn’t enjoy the experience as we typically do.

   Visited P.F. Chang’s this past weekend and was blown away by the updated menu! The teriyaki steak was absolutely incredible—tender, flavorful, and literally melted in my mouth. The added pineapple was a perfect touch, bringing just the right balance of sweetness. On top of the delicious food, our server was fantastic—attentive without being overbearing, making the whole experience even better. A fantastic dining experience all around. Can’t wait to go back!

   Food and service were great once we finally got a table. We had a reservation for 6:00pm but had to stand and wait for over 30 minutes to be seated. There were 12 other parties with reservations for 6:00pm ahead of us and several behind us.

   When you eat at a chain restaurant, your experience should be the same everywhere. This was Valentines day and a reservation for 6:00pm had been made, well in advance and deliberately early to avoid the evening rush. The front of house was already packed and the reservations were running 30 minutes late and people were frustrated as plans were made based upon a set time. Ten minutes would be understandable, but 30 was pushing it. The wait staff were attentive and professional, but had to deal with many frustrated clients. Overall, totally unremarkable, food was average and the price point of around $50:00 a head with one alcoholic beverage would perhaps have been better spent elsewhere. Not their best showing and probably our last visit.

   It had been a while since we last ate at PF Chang’s. While the food has always been high in sugar, it does taste good. Our server was friendly, but my main issue is with the way the menu presents calorie information—it’s misleading. I ordered a chicken dish listed at around 480 calories. Given my past experience, that seemed unusually low. However, I noticed the rice was listed separately. Since an 8 oz chicken breast alone is about 380 calories, I figured maybe they had reduced the sugar in their sauces. The real red flag came when I looked at the dessert menu. The Great Wall of Chocolate was listed at only 780 calories, but a quick online search showed it’s actually around 1,800. That’s when I realized they were quoting calories per serving—but without clearly stating how many servings are in an entrée or dessert. Most people assume an entrée is a single serving, but their sushi, for example, was listed by piece, which was clear. If you’re counting calories, be warned: their menu is deceptive. Transparency matters, and PF Chang’s misses the mark.

    We were a large party on Christmas Eve and the service was excellent! The food is always fresh and delicious, enjoyed by the entire group of 14!
