We had excellent service. The shrimp dumplings were amazing and I would highly recommend them. The sea bass was a bit undercooked but very tasty. We enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding dessert.

Food here is always great. Had the Mongolian beef (gluten free) and my friend had chicken fried rice. I also had the coconut mojito which was sooooo good!! Definitely recommend this location!

We love the P.F. Chang's in downtown Indy and Keystone. Fort Wayne is never up to par with the other locations. Service was average at best and always wonder why I keep going back to FW location. Hate to complain but probably won't be back.

Date night for us is every Wednesday evening and selecting PF Chang’s for this week’s date night was an awesome pick (on my end)! Lol Dinner and apps were extremely tasty and we still had tons left over to take home! Lastly, our server was phenomenal. Her attitude and kindness was excellent. Two thumbs up to her and her unborn baby! 🙂

The Mongolian beef was burnt and hard to chew. The noodles were completely soaked in oil. I couldn’t bring myself to eat them. We didn’t complain as the restaurant had no customers due to the holiday. We won’t be back.

Never got food, or drink, waited 15 minutes and never spoke to a server. The place was mostly empty, and we never got acknowledged, even when we stood, put on our jackets and walked out. Never again will we think of spending money here. Anther chain with terrible service.

Once we arrived our waitress took awhile to welcome us in and take our drink order. She delivered my husbands “sweet tea” (that was unsweetened) and my water promptly. She forgot straws, apologized, and said she would be back quickly with straws. Our straws never came. Instead she visited the tables next to us multiple times and avoided eye contact with us. 25 minutes later our waitress came to take our order. My husband ordered an entree with short rib in his side of rice. Instead he received another short rib entree. 10 minutes later the waitress returned, apologized, and gave him a “free” side of rice that comes with an entree. We ended up paying $13 for the entree addition that was her mistake. Ambiance wasn’t like most PF Changs once were.

We arrived for our reservation at 7:35. We told the hostess we had a reservation at 7:45 and we were a bit early. She had no idea how to check the reservation. We were sat in the booth directly behind the hostess stand and sat for 12 min without being greeted or acknowledged. We watched as another couple was sat, greeted, and brought drinks before we decided to leave. We witnessed not only multiple servers arguing over who would take our table, but also watched 2 managers on duty do absolutely nothing about it and go hide in the kitchen when confronted about it. This was our first and last experience at P.F. Chang’s. To have such a fantastic concept in Ft Wayne be ruined by poor service and incompetent management is a real shame. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, but do not expect any return business if things remain the same.

The server had to take our orders twice because he didn’t write them down the first time and forgot them. Even with writing them down the second time, he messed up 2 out of 6 orders. To remedy one order, the kitchen poured the cup of wonton soup into a bowl and covered it with more broth. When we pointed that the soup only had 2 wontons (because of the kitchen messing it up), he said I wouldn’t be charged for it, but they still charged me for a cup of soup. My friend ordered white rice, he brought her fried rice, then he took it back to the kitchen and brought white rice when she said something, and they tried to still charge her for fried rice ($3 more). All 6 bills were messed up when the server brought them. It took about 30 mins of the server going back and forth and reprinting bills for him to remedy it and it still wasn’t correct. One of my friends brought cash to pay and because he too so long, she couldn’t keep waiting for him to bring back her change, so she was forced to leave him with the change from her bill which was a much greater tip then he should have been given. We had to ask him 2-3 times to bring the rest of us pens for us to sign our receipts. One of my friends was charged a different amount then her original receipt said. The appetizers were also brought out after the entrees. Our server never apologized about any of this. Idk if he was overwhelmed, the restaurant was pretty empty on a Monday night, but maybe he was having a bad day or was covering for someone else’s tables.

It’s the first time we’ve been back as a family since COVID and we were not disappointed. The service was amazing, the food and cocktails perfect, and the chef even stopped out to talk to us because he saw our son mesmerized by the flames during cooking. It was really just a great experience overall.

I ordered the Salmon but when I got my plate It didn’t have all the components on it. Just some wilted spinach greens and the Salmon. It was supposed to have mushrooms and three other items. For the price I paid I expect to get the entire meal I paid for.

On the spur of the moment my husband and I decided to have a date night at PF Chang‘s. I wanted to try the Asian pear Mojito but they were out of the necessary ingredients so when I shared with the waitress I like something sweet but not overly sweet she suggested their sangria. It was really good. On my husband‘s trip to wash his hands he saw a man enjoying the Peking duck and ask him how it was… The man said it was the best thing on the menu so my husband ordered it and absolutely loved it! It was a great date!

Think of your favorite pf chang RESTAURANT and replace it with a mall version…terrible quality food compared to other locations! Was not offered refills. And when I ordered more food It was not brought out til the end of service as I requested earlier in the night I no longer wanted the item as 20mins for sweet and sour chicken had passed. The manager then came to my table to try to convince me to take it home!

I've been to this P.F. Chang's several times and this was my worst experience. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm for 3. When I arrived we had to wait 20 mins before we were seated and it wasn't very busy. They didn't start cleaning our table until 7:15 pm. Once we were seated, the waitress took our drink orders relatively quickly however it took another 30 before we got our food. When the food arrived it wasn't hot and appears to have sat on the counter several minutes before it was brought to our table. Overall a very disappointing experience.
