   We truly love dining at PFChsngs in Gainesville, FL. Located in the heart of Butler Plaza, PFC. has quickly become one of the iconic restaurants of the area. The service is always on point and the food quality always near perfection. In the world of chain restaurants, this one really stands out for us in terms of quality, service and atmosphere. We enjoyed the Red Crane sangria very much although my glass seemed to have a hole in it and somehow the refreshing drink was gone too quickly. My wife enjoyed her dis of chicken w broccoli as I enjoyed the Mongolian beef. We paired each of these w an ample serving of PFC’s brown rice. This is a very nice restaurant that is well run by management and well served by the staff. The food is always consistent and flavorful.

   We had a late lunch when traveling through Gainesville. We are P.F. Chang’s fans and this is a good one. We didn’t get our server’s name, but she went above and beyond. On that day, she was wearing an animal print hair wrap. We had the lunch bowls and enjoyed everything we had. The Mongolian beef was a bit salty for our taste. The hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup were both really good. The lettuce wraps, our favorite thing at Chang’s, were crunchy with water chestnuts. We really enjoyed our lunch and are grateful to our server who thoughtfully acknowledged an accomplishment we were celebrating. Thank you!

   Another very nice dining experience at PF Chang’s, Gainesville, FL. Lettucecwraos are always a hit. And we enjoyed our entrees of chicken w broccoli and sweet honey shrimp. Both served w brown rice.

   Very disappointed, my favorites taken off the Menu, everything is spicy now. Not everyone can eat spicy foods. The Mongolian beef was tough and hard to chew, the brown rice was dry and cold The dumplings were too spicy I will not go back!

   WE went to PF Chang's on New Years Eve and it was great. WE had a great corner booth and ordered the Mongolian Trio which contained beef, shrimp and chicken. It was fantastic. We also ordered the Korean fried chicken as an appetizer which came with four sauces. What a great way to start a MEAL! It was fun experimenting with the sauces. We also ordered some Lo Mein and a Pad Thai entree. We took home enough food to last through the weekend. As always we ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate for dessert. It never disappoints!!!!

   Had another great dining experience at out local PFChangs in Gainesville, FL. Started off w off with the Red Crane Sangria and shrimp pan fried dumplings. My wife enjoyed the chicken and broccoli while I feasted on my PFC favorite Mongolian Beef w brown rice. The place was lively w activity after the game and Daniel our server was truly on point.

   We eat lunch here on almost every visit to Gainesville. Super nice staff and so very accommodating. Love the lettuce wraps and hot & sour soup. Husband enjoys it less than I do, but has settled in on Mongolian beef as his favorite because it’s less sweet than other dishes. However, he does really enjoy the lettuce wraps and soup. The staff here makes it so enjoyable to eat here. Located in a very cute dining/ shopping complex in Gainesville.
