P.F. Chang's - Gainesville
With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrées, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.
You can never go wrong at PF Chang’s. The lettuce wraps, lo main, dynamite shrimp and crispy honey chicken are a must for our family. Nice wine list to pick from and the Chocolate Bomb provides a nice ending to a delicious lunch.
Everything is clean, plenty of hand sanitizers around and well separated tables also give us confidence during these difficult times with COVID-19.
We had a pretty bad service issue. The waiter forgot about us for a good 20-25 minutes. We had only ordered drinks and appetizers at that point. They didn’t come out together. Our dinner order got placed after the appetizer/disappearance situation. It took a long time for a pretty straightforward dinner for 3 people. It wasn’t a great experience at a place that we normally really enjoy.
You can always be assured of good service , quality food at competitive pricing.... no matter the location!!!!!
Food was good. Service was ok.
Jason was a great server. We received our drinks promptly. The chicken lettuce wraps are still our favorites!
A great place to eat, whether it's just a meal or a special occasion. I gladly drive 30 miles to eat there every chance I get.
The reservation process was easy and efficient. We did not have to wait. The server was great and the food was delicious.
Food and server very good. Entree's coming out of the kitchen very slow
Well done for a crazy Valentine's day dinner crowd. Brussel sprouts were amazing as was pad Thai. Drinks were well made and service was outstanding.
Food was excellent. Fun!
I thought this place would be classier with quiet, cozy seating. Everything is in one huge room with a high ceiling and nothing to absorb sound so it’s super loud. The portions were very small. My breaded chicken was not cooked completely and my green peppers tasted like dish soap.
Food was good but a step up from Chinese take-out. Server was very nice but very inefficient and slow. The ambiance was fun and wine was good.
Loved the food and the service. Noise level made it hard to converse.
We are returning customers but this time we weren’t satisfied. Don’t get the table we reserved in front. The cocktails and appetizers took a very very long time and the food of the main course was barely warm enough.
Great food and service.
Great service and very good food
The food and drinks were great as was the atmosphere. But what made our whole dining experience wonderful was our darling server. I wish I could remember her name, but she was delightful!
We ordered several appetizers, all were very good except the tempura green beans. It took a half hour to receive them because the first order was burnt. When the new order was brought to the table it looked like a lump of fried dough!!!
Other than that all five entrees were great!!!! One can never go wrong with the PF Changs menu!!!!
Great services and great foods
It must be a PF Chnag thing... Service is S--L--O--W!!!!!! I think they have one bartender, one cook and one waiter/20. Food and cocktails are delicious, but you could die of hunger/thirst waiting for things to arrive
I felt we were at a Gator football game extremely noisy. Food was ok, overpriced, and small portions. Service was great.
Bday! Great experience.
Noise level: Energetic? Certainly. I'd say too energetic for conversation. Even sitting across on a table for two. Food was good and a good bargain. Their go-to appetizer, lettuce wrap, is too messy. Won't order it again.
I think they are newer and still working at the kinks. Very loud and food took a long time to arrive. Overall, good PF Chang’s food at a reasonable price.
Made a reservation for 6 on OT. When we arrived they had entered the reservation in their system as 2 people. So no table available. But they said they would ‘take care of it”. After waiting 15 minutes asked to talk to a a manager. Only then did they show any concern about their mistake. Manager said he would comp our appetizer but then the bill came and we were charged in full. This site needs to get its act together.
Very loud and empty drink glasses. Food was very good.
We loved our waitress! Best ever.
I was here for my birthday dinner with family, and it was an absolute treat! The food and service were fantastic as always. Even though the restaurant got a bit loud at times, it was a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of deal. Dishes were dropped twice by staff, and management was instantly there to check on patrons and ensure the situations were handled properly. I had a fantastic time and will absolutely be coming back!
Veggies cooked al dente :-)
The service was exceptionally good and the food was delicious. The bar was unfortunately very slow - the cocktails were good, but a bit overpriced. Really annoying was the extremely loud noise in the restaurant.
Good food and service but too loud to have a conversation
Fantastic- savannah was great!
Good food, very good service from Brandon, but no gap between appetizer and entrée. Next time we would be more deliberate with our ordering - order entrée after appetizer has been served.
I'm a big fan of PF Chang since my California days. What I like about PF Chang's is their consistency in the quality of food and service. It has quite the vibrant scene. If you want a quiet place to eat, this is definitely not the place. They made me a rather splendid Bellini which is super great in my book! Will definitely come back and bring friends and family!!!
Always excellent food and service.
We went here for our mother’s 83rd birthday at her request. The food was fairly good Americanized Chinese food and the service passable. I think the experience would have been much better if they had recognized how special the event was for our party instead of just seeing us as nameless other dinners at a busy time. A restaurant really becomes a special place when the wait staff treat the event of a party’s dining out as as special as seen by the party. Until then, it’s just a place to eat.
Sooooooooo noisy but food was great
