Ordered Singapore noodles with chicken & shrimp. The shrimp was very small. The dish was a little dry AND it was spicy. Inquired why the dish was spicy as the menu did not indicate so, no real explanation given & was given the opportunity to order something else as opposed to making the dish non-spicy as indicated on the menu.

They demonstrated great care with meeting our need for gluten free. The food is served on specific colored plates, so the kitchen recognizes which order must remain gluten free. We appreciated the extra effort.

We indicated on the reservation that we were eating dinner to celebrate a birthday. No recognition of the celebration. Slow service all around. When we attempted to order what we wanted, we were told that the “bar is behind, the kitchen is behind.” So we adjusted our orders in the hopes that things would come faster. Then one of our appetizers was forgotten. Numerous tables around sat empty, unclean with only dirty plates. The waitress was apologetic. However no accommodations were made. Overall it was a poor experience. When you’re paying good money for food and services you shouldn’t have to compromise which is what happened here.

Really disappointed. Won’t be back. You “lost” reservation. Went to eat at bar and service was glacial. Restaurant was not staffed properly and nearly empty. By contrast, while waiting at bar we were able to book a table at coastal and within 5 minutes had a table, water and bread. I’m surprised you’re still in business.

It is Mother's Day, and not a single hostess or waiter wished my wife a happy mothers day. When you are in the Hospitality business you need to be hospitable.

Our food was delicious and arrived at the table hot. The ambiance was good for friends getting together for dinner to catch up and allowed for conversation across the table without a lot of loud background noise.

Our service and food was incredible! Our server's name was Christian and he was very attentive and friendly. He made time to make small talk with us which was appreciated especially due to the fact that he was seated multiple times during our stay and handled it like a champ. We are new to the area and have been looking for a good restaurant that has good food, atmosphere, and experience, this was certainly the place! This location is a MUST VISIT! We were EXTREMELY impressed!

When arriving to the restaurant I walked up to the hostess to let her know we had a reservation for 730 and my name, she looked confused but was able to find it and then advised us the table wasn’t ready to sit down . We sat down for about ten minutes . More people coming in going to their seats so I got up and showed here the reservation on my phone She said Oh and proceeded to take us to a table over near takeout. Quite close to other patrons. Table felt tight. The server was outstanding. The food had no taste. Ordered food to go and waited more than 15 minutes for that after paying. Overall it was not a good experience and I don’t think I would come back and certainly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but very overpriced and not as hot in temperature, food was lukewarm, same quality of food as Panda Express where I coulees also spent less. Very noisy place and very loud music, just wasn’t the date vibe or type atmosphere.

What’s the point of a reservation if you’re still 2 hours wait to be seated. The manager was rude no apology just lies. Kept say few more min to be seated for 2 hours. It was 3 hours total and the food wasn’t even what we ordered. But after waiting so long we just eat it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was so bad I just kept laughing. For 100$ go anywhere else nothing good to say about this place.

Made a reservation, and had to leave after waiting to be seated for 35 minutes. I just made another reservation in a place across the street. The restaurant was at less than 50% occupancy but they seemed extremely understaffed. The host was running helping the waiters, and not even sitting people. When I told the host we were leaving, they actually looked relieved, didn’t even say sorry. Not the best experience tonight, sorry to say.

Took over 50 minutes to get our food order. Made us late for a concert. Scheduled for a time that wasn’t busy but service was very slow anyway. Food was bland with no sauces on the side.

Was there to celebrate and it was never mentioned. All orders took a long time and the server messed up one of our orders, we think the wine also. When the check same it had extra items on it also took about 15 minutes to fix after the cards had been run already. Normally we love this location but not sure if we will comeback to Fairfax.

The worst visit byfar. Our food looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while as it came out all dry and shriveled up. Two of our dishes were so bland that we did not touch them and just had them tossed. The waitress said it was her first day and indeed it seemed like it as she forgot a few things and we had to always get her attention. Definitely not the P.F. Chang's I remember.

The hostess was surly- uncooperative and lied about table availability- she had an attitude that was off putting. The place was empty when we arrived and she was unwilling to “hear” our request. There were no guests waiting and the large parties she was using as an excuse never materialized. The pad Thai didn’t indicate it was “hot” from spice- but couldn’t be enjoyed. Never had pad Thai so highly seasoned. Disappointing for the cost.
