   The food is always good but the service was terrible. It took over an hour to get our food after ordering. Everything coming out was very slow. We really like the food but service makes me not want to go back.

   Well their reservations were running behind by 30 minutes. I had a 4 o’clock reservation and I had to be out of there by 5 for graduation. The day was ONLY saved by our wonderful waitress who had the manager push my food through first so I could leave at the appropriate time. I was a little sad not to have time with my loved ones over dinner since I had to leave earlier.

   I had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. I think for this time of the year you must require reservations. I shouldn’t have to wait that long to get a seat.

   Not a place to have a fine dining experience. Great server. Enjoyed the appetizers (calamari, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, and crab wontons were all good. Eggplant dish was good too. Sea bass entree was blah. Noisy and chaotic. After Watching staff bus the tables, they could use some training on cleaning tables.

   The dinner and selection of appetizers and entrees was very good and the service was great. We particularly liked the fried bananas and ice cream dessert. All in all it was a good experience and would recommend it.

    Awful experience. Worst food ever. My husband and I both had the Mongolian Beef. It was burnt and tasted like jerky. The lettuce wrap was dry and tasteless. Not a good experience.

    I ordered an appetizer of egg rolls, but the waitress forgot about it and brought it out after they served my entree and they were not hot anymore. I usually love the Kung Pao chicken, but this time it tasted quite salty. This has never happened before. I'm hoping this was a one-time thing.

    Not the best experience. Staff were friendly but not very attentive. They overcharged us for noodles we didn’t order and then the Manager argued why the charge was valid. Never changed the bill.

    The food was horrible. The Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was swimming in grease (the assistant manager also agreed); the Lettuce rolls had no chicken and no taste and the assistant manager also agreed; the dumplings were burnt and the assistant manager agreed; the lamb shank came with enough beef to fill a 1/4 cup and was dry; 90% of the food was horrible. The waitress was very good. The people who brought the food to the table had no personality; the assistant manager was gracious. PF Chang,s use to be great now it is horrible.     The hostess couldn’t find the reservation, but it wasn’t a big deal as it wasn’t busy. Our server forgot a couple of requested items throughout the course of the meal. We ordered an appetizer as we sat down, but the food came out first. Overall it was fine, just not the best service.

    We had a 7:00 pm reservation and was told they were running ~30 minutes behind. We ended up at the bar and decided to eat there, as we weren’t notified that our table was ready until 8:00. However, it was Mother’s Day and not ideal to sit at the bar with your family. The bartender was very nice and tried to be accommodating. Probably won’t visit again, particularly on a holiday/weekend.

    It was Mother’s Day so we expected a crowd but with a reservation, we still had to wait 45mins before being. The tables were super tight because they were trying to accommodate as many people as possible. It was loud and the food although good, took forever to come.

    Mixed results here. Understanding it was graduation, prom, and Mother's Day weekend all at once, the restaurant still didn't seem to be prepared. For my wife and I, we were trying to celebrate our anniversary. I get that staffing is an issue and all that. Reservation time was not honored. Waited 20-30 minutes after reservation time to get seated. Was told the kitchen was backed up. In that case the restaurant should have ceased taking call in orders and only allow take out for those who showed up at the restaurant to place to go orders. No phone ins! I have experienced that in the past at other restaurants, and it works. What it does is puts the focus on the patrons in your dining room. After all, it is a restaurant and not just a take out joint. My waiter was mediocre. He only came over to the table a couple of times to ask for drink refreshes. Seeing it was busy, we ordered everything at once. Appetizer came out quickly. Mixed drink came out quickly. But for some reason the iced tea I ordered took forever. And I only got one refill for the entire hour it took to get and complete the meal. The main courses took quite some time to arrive at the table. Didn't order anything special. Again, we were told numerous times the kitchen was backed up. Was offered nothing to compensate for that. That is the least they could have done. Again, I get it. COVID, staff shortages, etc. But this was poor service on several fronts. Will be a while before I step foot in that place.

    After being seated, we were completely ignored! No menus were given to us either! All by scanning codes or requesting a numerical code. But once I scanned the first code, they required another one that I could not find and was completely ignored when I asked for assistance. Got up and left at that point and was completely ignored even then! F**k PF Changs!!!

    The check in was a bit confused as they couldn’t find the OpenTable reservation. After five minutes they sorted it out and we had our table. The waiter was real good. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and observant. The food was good, and was as expected. No surprises. The restaurant is worn and needs remodeling.

    My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic Valentine's dinner at PF Chang's - Durham. We went with the set menu, which offered a lot for a great price. The food was awesome! We also ordered some to go home to share with the kids. Thank you so much for a great time!

    My wife and I ate at PF Changs for Valentines dinner. There was a pre fixe dinner option that included 4 courses and a glass of wine for a reasonable amount. The food was excellent with large portions. The service was also friendly and efficient. The only negative was the table for two was very small and there was little space between the tables. It was difficult to fit the various plates and glasses on the table.

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the special, 4 course, dinner we had on Valentines Day. Everything was cooked to perfection, served hot and with a pleasant, though masked, smile.
