Great place! Servers are very kind and respectful! We ended up staying til closing and they were very patient and respectful — waited until we were ready to leave!

Absolutely terrible, we got seated a waiter or waitress wasn’t with us for 15 minutes, didn’t even acknowledge us ended up walking out and going to Hyde park steakhouse! Never disappoint.

We had not eaten here for years. We found the restaurant has changed. Service was friendly but not attentive. What was a more high end experience has devolved to the level of a simple chain restaurant like Applebees. Food was good, atmosphere not as much.

I had a 8:00 reservation but wasn’t seated until 9:30. Restaurant was packed yet understaffed for Valentines Day. Bar service was decent, but they ran out of food and had to “defrost” frozen dumplings. Main entree was cold when it arrived at the table, and food quality was mediocre, at best. It definitely wasn’t their best night. I’m going to attribute it to understaffing, but just not a good experience.

The restaurant was understaffed for the Valentine Day crowd and took too many reservations. There was a 30 minute delay with a reservation. The service was a little slow however the food was delicious. We would recommend going to this restaurant during the week and not on a holiday or weekend.
