   Our waitress… Was not as attentive as his service normally is at P.F. Chang’s. He was a bit dismissive and she seemed to disappear after the food served. My rice was not cooked well and was cold and I would’ve loved to have swapped it out, but if I would’ve waited for when she came for our table again, my entrée would have been cold. I made the decision to not use the rice and eat my entrée warm. Disappointing as this is not the service that I typically expect from P.F. Chang’s. Secondly, we would’ve wanted to order more of the happy hour appetizers, but she did not return to the table in time Third, I ordered a lotus martini which came half empty as she spilt most of it on her way out the door and when I mention that to her, she stated that’s how it came while her hand was wet

   For the busiest date night of the year, had us seated within 15 mins of our reservation and our server was great. I can't remember her name but she was very attentive, friendly and ensured everything with our order came out correctly.
