I sit at the bar for dining and I think the bar tender did not care for sitting there as he was getting no drink sales. I jut eat dinner and my service was very below average. The food was very good

The food was just ok. Nothing to say I will be back. The service was terrible it took 1 hours to get to the table and the appetizer was serve after food arrive.

This experience was not the best. It started with an 8pm reservation, we were not sat until nearly 830pm. Server came over right away and we ordered everything at that time. We finally got the edamame app just after 9pm and it was still frozen, entrees rolled in around 930ish and were somehow bland especially the fried rice. I wouldnt come back here again ever.

Service was slow. Likely due to the server having too many tables to handle on her own. They were out of vanilla icecream. Food was good otherwise and the atmosphere is in harmony with PFChang franchises

We had a reservation after the Daytona 500. We were 5 minutes late and we tried to call and the call was answered and placed on hold. I had knee replacement so walking over was slow. They sat us down no problem. The service was immediate. We had our drinks and our order was placed before everyone and their brother showed up. The food was delicious but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Unfortunately, the food was a waste because it does not heat well or keep well. Make sure you order what you can eat there because it is fabulous.

Restaurant was not busy, food took long time to arrive to our table. Waitress was not attentive at all, spent most time at another table where it looked like patrons she knew. Portion’s have shrunk as well, with increase in prices

Our server was Brian and he was amazing. Everyone liked their dishes. A manager even stopped by to clear plates on their way into the kitchen. Looks like all the staff were very willing to help each other which makes for a great dining experience. I appreciate the ability to book a table and we were sat within the expected time. I would dine here again.

Valentine’s Day date with my husband. We had a great time! We were able to order one ‘order’ of the price fixed menu & a few other things off of the regular menu. Wonderful service, delicious food, great time!

Dumplings were under cooked. They kept messing up on the table numbers so food was being brought to the wrong tables. I think it was because they added more tables for Valentine's day. We were overcharged on the bill but they fixed it after we pointed it out. But I still love it there and was happy we were able to get in. Waitress was very good.

Terrible experience this weekend. We waited more than 40 minutes for our main entrées to come out after they already served us our appetizer. Waitress never came back for drink refills despite the long wait. Not explanation given throughout the duration. It got so late we had to ask them to pack it to go. Additionally, I explained to the waitress that I needed everything to be gluten-free, and nothing was labeled when it was packaged for us in the to go bag, so I could not tell what was what. Very disappointed:(.

New Year’s Eve the place was packed, kitchen was under stress. We had some problems with food. What made the night , the waiter let us know our satisfaction was all that mattered. He corrected the problems and made the night. His attitude was incredible. Management I give you a nod.

Overall everything was good. We had the dynamite shrimp appetizer and I wouldn't recommend that. Just all breading and no shrimp. Food came out hot. Very long wait, but it was a holiday. Don't like leaving negative reviews, but the way prices have soared you expect to get your monies worth. Probably won't go back. Just average food for the money.

Chaotic! Totally chaotic at the front door and hostess stand! Maybe short staffed but if so, talk to the customers, make eye contact instead of avoiding them, tell them what’s going on, and keep them updated, but ignoring them is really ugly! We didn’t get seated till about 25 minutes after our reservation; I was treating my friend to a birthday dinner so it was embarrassing. They even seated the people that came after us before us because they totally forgot us, even though we were sitting right there. I had to speak up and ask what was the issue and then they remembered us and seated us in another 10 minutes. Sad way to start out. Our server Shannon was awesome; she was clearly slammed but stayed cool and efficient! Kudos to Shannon but only Shannon!

We had 6:30 reservations and somehow they seated someone else with our phone number. We waited 30 extra minutes before we were seated. Our waited was very nice and polite but seemed like he wasn’t sure what to do. He wanted he take our order before we even looked at the menu. We asked for a few minutes and it was another 15 before he returned to the table. The good was good once we got it and the manger did offer a free appetizer and dessert. She was very apologetic about the whole mishap. It won’t stop us from going back, we enjoy PF Chang’s.

OpenTable reservations are disregarded and audibly detested by seating hosts who put your name on their walk-in list and seat you after they clear all the walk-in guests first. We waited until the entire reception had been cleared, then standing alone, with no other guests in queue or walking towards the restaurant to get in line behind us, the hosts mumbling to each other, "It's not fair that a person using OpenTable is seated ahead of others, just because they made a reservation." My family was in no rush and figured they must have had a really tough evening, so brushed the experience off; our server was quite pleasant. Can I recommend this establishment; no.

I took my husband for his birthday & our server Shikyra surprised us with a birthday card & delicious cheese cake. We love PF Chang’s in Daytona! The food is consistently good.. Last night the Chef cooked our “orange chicken” amazingly awesome. The entire staff at this PF Chang’s are great, especially our server Shikyra!
