Our server was not fully engaged. He brought out the appetizer within minutes, but the appetizer had been sitting for a while and was soggy. Their bathrooms were also dirty, empty hand towel dispenser and empty soap pump. Not sure where severs are washing their hands.

Their pork dumplings are excellent and the chicken lettuce wraps are really tasty. We have never been disappointed dining here.

In the past going to p.f Chang's was a treat with food cooked from scratch fresh vegetables wonderful taste and texture. I will not be returning again the food was awful. Everything appeared to be warmed frozen food with no flavor or taste The egg drop soup tasted like a canned soup The pad thai had lo mein noodles instead of thick noodles the chicken had absolutely no flavor The crispy fried chicken was anything but it was soggy and again had no taste We did ask to speak with the manager and told him of our experience He thanked us for our comments

If the air conditioners not working, you should tell people before you sit them down. I shouldn't have to say it's hot in here and then you tell me. Server was okay. I think she forgot about us every once in awhile. Place was not loaded with people. Food was really good. In fact, it was probably better than in the past.

Quality has slipped recently. A few menu items, basic side sauces, etc were unavailable & they upcharged for simple amenities (crispy soup noodles!). Service attentive as always.

We had a number of appetizers including pork dumplings steamed and chicken lettuce wraps. They are both so good and prepared in an excellent fashion. Service is always very good.

We had some appetizers starting with the pork dumplings steamed which were excellent. Next was the chicken lettuce wraps which were quite good as well as quite filling.

Tried a couple of their appetizers which were delicious. Started with the pork dumplings which were steamed to perfection and lightly seasoned. Finished with Chicken lettuce wraps which were quite tasty and very filling. Ling did a great job.
