Poor service and food was just okay. We went in around 730 on a Friday night. Surprisingly it wasn’t busy but our food took awhile to come out and when it did, the soup came out after our meal. The waiter neglected our table and didn’t offer us a refills on our empty drinks. We got better service from the busser than the waiter. The one in Fashion Valley is better than this location, next time I’ll just make the drive if I’m ever craving PF Changs again.

Tables and floors were dirty and sticky, counted seven tables that needed to be bused and cleaned. Watched one group just up and leave that sat near us after 20 mins as they were not even acknowledged. Food was not very good. Tasted as if it was pre made in reheated in the microwave. We didn’t even eat the kung po chicken as it was overly salted, watery and just tasted off. Sad because this used to be a good place to dine in Otay/Eastlake. It was a Friday evening at 7 and there were less than 25 people eating.

Service was good and the food was ok. Teriyaki chicken was a bunch of tiny bits of deep fried chicken. Only 2 real chunks of chicken. Almost like we got the left overs at the bottom of the bag. It was like popcorn chicken and all batter.

This P.F. Chang's location is always a wonderful dining experience. They have comfortable seating whether you have a large group or are looking for a romantic table for just two! And the servers and staff are more than happry to help you. All of that paired with delicious food too!! Try them, you'll have a great time!!
