The food was terrible at this location! We had three different entrees and the were all below average at best. Our server was great and did an amazing job trying to accommodate my parents.

We waited for the host to show up to seat us for a 5:00 reservation. It’s uncalled for to have no one at the host station. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We waited an hour for our food, which was really marginal. The server apologized for it being late as there was allegedly a “group” order ahead of ours. When the food arrived it was nearly cold. This was a birthday dinner for friends and we didn’t want to make a scene. With the apology there was nothing offered in the way of compensation such as a round of drinks or anything. I don’t know how this place stays in business in such an upscale location as Philips Place. Don’t waste your money. Previous bad reviews I had read on this restaurant were spot on. This was not my choice but rather the guest of honor who was from Arizona.

The food was good but the service was just okay. The sever was spoke low so it was hard to understand him and they weren’t good about clearing the table before bringing more food out.

I know the place has been open since at least 20 years ago. I like it then, I like it now. It was not crowded because of Labor Day. The prices are more reasonable compared to other places around. Food was tasty. Definitely a place to go again.

I usually enjoy PF Changs as simple but good Asian food but of all the ones we have been to this is the worst and least consistent. We have been there twice in the last couple of months. As we have just moved to Charlotte I hope it improves over time.

This location is a mess. No server visited our table until we brought it to the host's attention 15 min into our reservation. Waited another 45 minutes. No food. No drinks from the bar. Empty waters. Had to get help again. At that time, a manager came to tell us he'd be taking care of us and never returned. Never once. Fast forward another 20 minutes. Got 1 entree delivered before our appetizers as tables around us were turning over twice. Finally got lettuce wraps that were clearly sitting in a window. Just an absolute disaster. The restaurant could not care less.

Chang’s Spicy Chicken appeared to have been fried with oil not hot enough. Food was “mushy” instead of crispy as usual. Waiter was very nice but inattentive. Took 10 minutes and me flagging someone down to just get water. Food prices have gone up a lot since last visit to point where the mediocre food//service is not worth the cost. Too bad, PF used to be one of my favorites

Hostess was kind, attentive, and fantastic! She set up and cleaned a lonely patio table for us and helped us find the perfect spot for our family and pup who was with us! Such a wonderful experience!!!

Pepper Steak & Honey Crispy excellent. However first time I’ve seen so many empty tables that had not been cleaned around where you’re trying to eat. Yes, it was Father’s Day & they probably had large crowds, however, my hostess was seating us only to realize our table had not been cleaned and she had to run back & clean it herself in order to seat us. Yes, we had a reservation.

It’s best days are behind it. Food was good but not special. They seemed understaffed with a very slow kitchen and table after table sat unbussed covered in dirty dishes. And it was particularly expensive—the entrees, not drinks or dessert. All in all, meh.

Our server, and shame on me for not remembering her name, was outstanding. She was on time, on point, with a happy game face on. Food was very good from the Kung Pao Brussel sprouts to the fried rice and various entrees. Highly recommend the Singapore street noodles entrée. I've eaten at this location probably 30 times or more (live about 2 miles away). My opinion is it is not as good as it was in the beginning year(s); it suffered some degradation in all aspects, service, food, atmosphere, but it is much better lately than the last 6 years or so. My ultimate recommendation to the restaurant is bring back the Hot Fish entrée made with the cod, grouper, or similar thick white fish!!

Waited for our food for almost 2 hours. After 1.5 hours they told us they were out of steak. Orders we're also wrong for several guests. Plates came out at different times. Server was not attentive. Guest became frustrated and decided to box up their plates. Very disappointing.

We had a reservation and we’re seated right away. Despite the obvious staff shortage, everyone was on point, professional, and delivered food in sequence, on time and with a great attitude. Bring your own positive energy to your server and they’ll response with appreciation and prompt service.

We had a reservation and got seated on time. But there was a huge backlog and what was supposed to be a 10-15 min wait for our sit down order turned out to be close to a 45 min wait. Very slow service even just to get started with drinks. Sigh.

This location is barely functioning. We were seated 25 minutes after the reservation time. Drinks arrived 25 minutes after being seated and the boba tea the kids ordered had no bobas in it. Dumplings had raw dough, despite the fact they took 30 minutes from order to table. Entrees arrived a full 10 minutes apart. No one here seems to care at all about the customer experience.

Seated a solid 30 minutes after our reservation time only to have cocktails delivered after we had already finished eating our appetizer that was ordered at the same time. Entrees arrived an hour after we were seated and were cold. The food runner apologized and said our food had been finished and was sitting on the bar. Our waitress looked miserable after being pulled in multiple directions as she was clearly the only server for our section of the restaurant. Multiple take-out orders were picked up while we sat cold and hungry. To top off this awful dining experience, we sat in the Antarctic and had to wear our winter coats in the restaurant. I would give this place negative stars if this was an option.

Obviously understaffed. We didn’t blame the waitress and left a decent tip. However, it took 30 minutes to get drinks from the bar, one of us ordered soup that never got prepared in the kitchen, food took long coming out. The waitress was very apologetic. Needless to say although the food was good we won’t be rushing back.

Took toooooo! long for our food order to arrive. Our waitress and manager were apologetic but that didn’t suffice. One of our dishes was served cold and sent back. However the dishes that did finally come out were good especially my favorite, hot and sour soup. The manager did comp me for the meal but something needs to be done about staffing and or avoid over booking.

Had a quick overnight stay on our way home from the north and reserved a table at this well-known chain restaurant. I confirmed the reservation not just once but was repeatedly prompted to confirm until finally the message threatened to release my table in 2 minutes which ironically was three minutes before my reservation! Very annoying. We were seated fairly promptly but found the table spotlighted by blinding ceiling lights….right into our faces. We were moved to another spot with somewhat improved results. Our server was excellent-friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When my husband’s meal was not properly prepared, she immediately and deftly managed the situation. Our meals were good and served at temperature. All in all a nice evening with good food.

The experience I had tonight was so bad, it’s the last time I will ever step foot inside this place. Got seated 15 mins after my reservation. It took another 15 mins for a waiter to come to the table even though I had 3 that heat walking past our table serving everybody else. We waved over the host who sat us and he took pour order. We told him our appetizer and main course because we didn’t know when we would see anybody next. About 25 mins goes by then we receive our appetizer. It was good. Then we waited another 25 mins to receive our main entree. My noodles weren’t cooked and my other half had about half of the amount it usually comes with, at that point we were so disgusted with everything and said this is the last time we’re coming to this location.

Very disappointed. It had been a while since I’d been to P.F. Chang’s - and oh my have things changed. I remember when it was difficult to get a table there. I had dinner with friends on Friday night and they were many empty tables. The ambience was missing – no energy. The food was very good as always, but nothing else. It took over an hour from the time we ordered until the time we got our food. Very disappointed.

I have a shellfish allergy and our server and the chef both came over to tell me how they were preparing my dish to be totally safe. That has never happened anywhere and is more appreciated than you’ll ever know. Was so nice knowing I could safely eat and enjoy my dinner. And I enjoyed every single bite. Thank you

My server was excellent but she was overloaded with tables. For the first 15 minutes I was in the restaurant I noticed five tables that were vacant and covered in dirty dishes and trash. Its obvious they have staffing problems.
