Was great service and FOOD! Seven of us for birthday lunch. Table was set with special place setting service of gold mats, gold chopsticks etc. personal birthday card greeting. Great memories with family.

I think they were just having a bad night. The reservation system wasn’t working and they dropped our drinks when bringing them out. We waited 45 minutes for drinks after being seated 15 minutes after our reservation. The food was fine when it came out.

Never actually got to dine here. Waited at the host desk to be sat for approximately 5min (in a nearly empty restaurant) before we were acknowledged by a server who then needed to go find the host to actually seat my party of 2. Waited an additional 3min while the host stood off to the side chatting with a coworker. As we were waking out the door frustrated from being basically ignored, the host decided that would be the moment to start walking over to assist. We walked across the street and had a great meal at the Warehouse. I don’t know who thought this was considered to be ok in the serve industry, but will not be returning here and will make sure to tell any others who ask about this experience as well

Great service and nice ambiance. Value is lacking. The drink size has been decreased to 3/4 of what it use to be and for $12.00 a drink seems a bit over priced. Also noticed that the serving portions have decreased. I like PF Changs but the value is no longer there.

We shared 3 different dishes and they had 3 different flavor profiles! Yay! Not just a little chili oil or some ginger in one, but not another. They all tasted completely different. The only thing - the one spicy dish could have been spicier, but then, I do love SPICE!

We were seated inside but it was freezing so asked to be moved to the patio which they accommodated. Much more pleasant. Food was excellent and everyone was kind. It had been quite awhile since we had eaten there. We enjoyed the food and will return.

We had reservations and virtually nobody was in the restaurant, yet they sat us next to the door. Food was bland. Server did not check back often enough and was nowhere to be seen to flag down. One of the tofu dishes had almost no tofu in it; 3 very thin slices. Seems like every time we come back, this restaurant goes downhill just a little bit more.

Waited 36 minutes for our food which was cold when it arrived. Ordered a beer which they only had in bottle (that's fine with me). But when it arrived it was barely chilled. The manager did give us a discount which was nice, but I would have much rather paid full price and had a good experience.

Our appetizer came after we were nearly done with our main course. The food took forever. There was no where to park. My boys didn’t like their food and after $125 later my stomach hurt that night. Very expensive and not worth the price

Was early for my reservation, but was still made to wait when they were open tables. Male host seemed very confused in his position and sat someone before us that did not have a reservation. We did get a booth as requested and our server was excellent. She was very busy and I could tell that they were probably short servers she did her very best ! Food quality has seem to gone down, the dishes were oversalted, and very heavy with sauces. My cosmopolitan was delicious. Overall it was an OK experience. I don’t think I would go out of my way to come there again anytime soon.

Had asked for table near other group, and mentioned on reservations it was a birthday, neither were taken into account, just watched while other tables had birthdays. Nothing happened at our table, that was separated from the rest of the group and seated 15 min after reservation time.

The food was excellent. The only complaint was after the server took our order we never saw her again. Someone else delivered the food, but she never bothered to check in on us. It would have been nice to order a glass of wine.

I found the getting the table was annoying - I checked in 30-40 min early and they knew we went to the bar and the texts were telling us we missing and they jumped ahead restaurant wasn’t all that busy. I also asked for a booth on the app and was seated at a table and we disrupted them by asking for a booth. When we could see several booths available (but sat us at a booth next to kitchen door) but we didn’t complain and had a nice meal. We live 1.5 hours away so this is a rare treat .

It had been a while since we tried Changs - now I know why…. Server had an attitude; food was mediocre - got one disk on our order wrong - but they corrected it and comped the incorrect dish…. All chicken dishes were over-cooked; Wait staff barely attentive… I do not recommend - should have went to Yen Ching

We ate the crispy green beans, lettuce wraps (chicken), Mongolian beef, honey crispy shrimp and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was delicious. The beans had quite a bit of grease, but what else should be expected of fried foods? Overall we were very happy with everything.

Service was poor & slow. We were seated right next to the door, which was freezing. It took so long that we only had 10 min. to eat before we had to leave for a performance. Food was good, but don't go if you don't have 2+ to spend.

This restaurant should not be listed on Open Table. A reservation is NOT a reservation. It is just an invitation to show up and put your name on a list and wait like everyone else. When we recently tried to dine with a ‘reservation’, we showed up at the reserved time, checked in, and waited 20 minutes while several other parties without reservations showed up and were seated. After being seated after the wait, our server didn’t show up as we waited for over 10 more minutes. In the end, we just left without being served and went to a different restaurant. We realize that many places are busy and may be understaffed, but people should be aware that a reservation at PF Chang’s is NOT a reservation.

Our waiter was good, the service was slow. They got my order wrong and I had to wait an hour for my food. The waiter took it off the bill but overall I didn’t enjoy my visit.

Very slow service due to staffing. We were seated in front between the delivery driver door and main entrance and we were subjected to cold blasts of air each time a door was opened. Our drinks took 30 minutes. Food was bland. Dinner for two took two hours.

Always enjoy dining at Changs. The food is some of the best Asian food in the Treasure Valley. Love the family style dining so that everyone gets what they want and then some. Great, friendly service. We go often and definitely recommend people try it they haven’t.

PF Changs used to be somewhat higher quality. Although the food was fine the portions are getting smaller. Restaurants that make you look up the menu on your phone is idiotic. I might as well do door dash instead of going to the restaurant if I have to make a reservation on my phone and decide my meal on the phone and then pay the bill using my phone. They wouldn’t take my cars but insisted on Apple Pay. Not sure what we are working towards as a society. The drinks were good. Pot stickers-yum. Seems like the quality of the chicken they are using is going downhill. I am making my comparisons to PF Changs experiences over the past 20 years.
