We had a very good experience. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and took down our confusing order correctly. We were seated right away. The food options were really good. Overall it was a good experience.

The new menu deleted some of my favorite selections; however, the food that I selected was very good. My major compliant was that the server that I had needs to be trained on customer service. He addressed me inappropriately and he did not come to my table to see if I needed refills on my beverages or even if I wanted a dessert with my meal. He dropped off the check before I had eaten half of my meal.

I am not a fan of the new menu. The portion size of the main entrée, decreased dramatically and the cheap potatoes and carrots now offered as aside were greasy.

We arrived a few minutes early and had to wait past our 1:00pm reservation because there were not any tables ready. (All diners were seated in booths, none were seated at tables so all tables were literally available, not booked or being used.) There were 4 in our party; my wife and I and my inlaws who are 95 and 92 (one of which is in a wheelchair!) This was a lunch to celebrate my spouse's birthday. We placed our orders and received our entrees first. our appetizers followed soon after. Rap music was playing for the background music. The food was fine but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. We dined at the PF Chang's in Sugarland during restaurant weeks and the experience was much more satisfying. I will still recommend PF Changs but not the Baybrook location.

I ordered the orange chicken and it was very bland it only had the slightest flavor. This was our first time to eat there and I have no plans of going back.
