Wonderful food and service. Food selections are great.I love their wine list. Very affordable and excellent quality. We visit there every time we are in Aurora area.

We enjoyed our meal, and the service was very good. The overall feel of the restaurant was run down. The cost of the meal, for basically Chinese food on a dish, was steep. But since I had a gift card, it didn't hurt so much. :)

The won ton soup was too salty, too much crap in it and only two wontons? Freid rice was the opposite; no flavor and somewhat burnt. I've been eating at PF Chang's for more than 15 years, this was the worst I've had.

They definitely made my son feel special for his birthday. It took its 2.5 hours to order and get our food though.

The restaurant was immaculately clean, the service was fast and everyone was very friendly, and the food was excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant for date night or casual family dinner.

We can always trust the food will be consistently good. We had Stacey as our server and she was amazing! Ask to sit in her section!

It was such a great experience and the food was so yummy. We tried the new beef bulgogi lettuce wraps and they were delicious!! I always order Mongolian Beef and that was fabulous as well. The waitress was kind and attentive. It was a great night!!

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve. Our party of 3 made reservations a week before. I received several confirmations and including a “day of” confirmation. We arrived and IT WAS CLOSED!! WTH?!? Would’ve been nice with as many emails and texts that I received to advise me that it was closed—on a Wednesday—for lunch! I am
beyond angry!

They ran out of wonton soup. Happened last time we went there too. Other than that it was great.

Love your outdoor patio. Using the heaters is the perfect way to socially distance outside during the cold weather but it also creates a very cozy atmosphere. Thank you!

Great meal but a little over priced.

Service was great but the food tastes somehow “phoned in” now. Not as authentic as it used to be and the really unfortunate part is the prices seem to have gone up about 30%. The Mongolian Beef is now $20 for the entree portion which is the same size as the lunch portion for $14. I understand everyone is scrambling to stay open but honestly, I think it is better to stay home and prepare something in my own kitchen. Used to love this place too.

The restaurant had our reservations and we just had to wait few minutes for the table be ready. The waitress was very attentive and cordial.
The food is ok. It’s a big chain, so I never expect an outstanding food anyway.
The checks came ok.
In general, it was a good experience.

We usually go to P.F. Chang’s at park meadows.
The aurora location is smaller and quieter.
It was a nice relaxing experience with the BEST Mia Tais in Denver. We spend a quite a bit of time in Hawaii where the mai tais are always good.

To be honest, we were extremely disappointed. The food was cold, the sesame chicken was soggy and the broccoli way overcooked. The ribs were cold and had lots of grizzle. The issues seemed to all be from the kitchen, and I felt sorry for the waiter. During these Covid times we have to select where we go carefully. We tipped the waiter well because it was not his fault. I doubt we will be back after being P.F. Chang’s loyal customers forever. Hope you can save your other customers. Please step it up to the quality this restaurant used to be.

We've never had such overly greasy, poorly flavored food from PF Changs...period.
The food was truly awful. Must be a new chef?

The service was actually quite good, so I probably should have given it a better [4*] rating, but the food was awful so it tainted my rating.

We had a reservation for 7:30 but we didn’t get seated until 8:00. The crispy honey shrimp was really good, but the orange chicken was not good. It used to be so good, but it was mushy on the outside and the chicken had a weird texture, and very little flavor. Also, the egg rolls were 2 for 6.50 and so small! They used to be bigger.

I loved our lunch experience and our server Rachelle was very good.

We got to the restaurant and were seated promptly. Waited 30 min for waters and to take our order? I’m all about patients as you can see by the 30 minutes. And I understand it’s COVID-19 times and they were probably shortstaffed. But I saw several other tables with people who sat down after us and they got service. So we didn’t eat. We got up and left. Went somewhere else.

Sesame chicken was not my favorite

They have gone way up on prices. Probably will not be going there as much as we use to. The food is okay but not worth some of their fairly new prices.

Everything was OK, and acceptable. The only reason I am not rating it better is because we had reservations placed the day before. When we got there we were told that our wait was a half an hour. Why bother doing reservations? People that do call ahead got seated before us… It really does put a bad taste in your mouth, no pun intended, for enjoying your meal. And then they sat us right next to the service station, really? For a special occasion, someone who had reservations, someone had to wait to get seated with those reservations, and then you seat us next to the service station. Not cool.

As always it’s delicious.

I’m not sure what the problem was, but we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. The restaurant was kind enough to comp us 2 entrees out of 4.

We had a very nice meal and everyone enjoyed their items. It was a Friday evening and a little loud but that is something that can't be avoided.

Service was very good! We came in during a slow time and our waitress did an excellent job. She was professional, quick, and checked in on us through our meal. We never had to ask for refills because she was always there. Great experience overall!

Despite the fact we had a reservation at 730 and everyone was there before 730 we had to wait 45ish minutes before we were seated. We didn’t see our server that much. Finally the chicken and pork were not edible. Very disappointing.

Maybe just an off day but we waited literally two hours for our lunch.
