   We were in town to run a marathon. Our server, Tina, was spectacular!! She helped me choose foods that fit with my specific requests, and answered my numerous questions without hesitation.

   Had a 7:00 reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:30. Once seated it took forever to get our food. Getting silver ware was even hard. Spent a total of 3 hours in this restaurant. Ridiculous.

   Arrived at 6:24 for a 6:30 reservation and spent 35 minutes waiting. Restaurant was in disarray, similar to a retail store after a Christmas holiday shopping day. For our party of two, sat at a table for 4 and which had 6 chairs; mid-way through our meal our waitress identified the additional chair and moved them. Floor was littered with paper trash and crumbs/food residuals. Table service was excellent, food was great, no noise issues. But I noticed during our approximate hour of dining that the restaurant had approximate 6-10 open tables and 2-3 tables at anytime were in need of being bussed. Also 3 times during the meal, other waiters and waitresses tried to bring us various dishes; either the table numbering system does not work or the staff is not paying attention to the details. All things considered an average experience, my wife and I reflected we had last been to the restaurant pre-COVID so it had been years.

   Open table needs to remove them from the app. They will tell you 45 min wait from your reservation time. This isn’t a reservation, it’s a join the waitlist. The waiting area was packed full of people that were also told 45 min was the wait after their reservation time.

    We waited almost an hour to be seated with a 6:45 reservation. After we were seated and after we ordered, we were told the kitchen was running 45 minutes behind. Food was fair at best. I ordered the mongolian beef and my husband had the chicken lo mein. Our server Lindsay was very nice. Won't be rushing back.

    The restaurant was closed. I confirmed the reservation the day before the reservation. They should have notified guests so we didn’t learn the restaurant was closed until we read the sign posted on the front door

    We made reservations last minute online to celebrate our sons college graduation. Open Table was perfect and you can never go wrong with PF Changs food. Our server was fantastic as well!

    Unfortunately, this was my first time eating at PF Changs and did not go well. We had a reservation and while we waited we sat at the bar for a drink. After 25 min passed from reservation time & our name not getting called, we decided to just eat at the bar. After ordering our food, it took over an HOUR for our meal to arrive! Got there at 6:45 for reservation, ate at the bar and didn’t get out until 8:45…..that’s just too long to take for two of us grabbing a bite!

    We received perfect service from our server Camden, who even brought orange slices by to occupy our baby. He was friendly and competent. The food, lettuce wraps aside, was rough and a poor value. We will probably still be back because the parking situation is decent, there aren’t any vagrants outside (unlike downtown) and OpenTable makes booking a reservation easy.

    Terrible experience. We had a reservation at 5:30, arrived early and got seated by 5:25. The waitress/bartender came to the table as we were seated and we immediately ordered our drinks and food……..all good. By 6:25, an hour after we had been seated, our food still hadn’t arrived. I asked the waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and said, “Yeah, it’s taking them about an hour right now.” We waited another 15 min, still no food. My wife walked up to the front to ask the manager. He told her he’d check and also said, “we’re backed up and it takes over an hour to get your food.” 5 minutes later, we have now been there almost an hour and a half, the waitress comes back to our table and says, “the kitchen lost your order, what did you have again?” At this point we left. What a joke. I love PF Changs, but will NEVER be back to this location.

    Food was outstanding and the service was the best we have had in a while. Warren was a 10+ and the Hostess was very helpful. You cannot go wrong at PF Chang. Hint: If you reserve using Open Table it is a good idea to call the day of you reservation to ensure they have you in their reservation system (which is different from Open Table)

    Made a 6:30 reservation and finally seated at 7. Food took an hour to get out, so we finally finished around 8:30. With two kids that’s way too long. Food was also not great. Soggy chicken and shrimp. Apps were good, but overall bad experience.

    Apparently, there was a disconnect between making the reservation with OpenTable and the restaurant. The host was unable to find us at the time of arrival. Fortunately for us it was a slow night so the wait time was brief. Our server, Tina, was great, very informative and helpful. Overall cleanliness was poor. I am sure they are suffering the same fate as many other businesses, staffing shortages. With so many other great restaurants around this will most likely be my last visit to this location.

    A lovely lunch on the patio. We shared pan fried pork dumplings that were artfully plated and served with a flavorful sauce with of bit of heat. I selected the lunch size portion of Kung Pao shrimp which was quite generous. My one criticism, the shrimp were a bit overcooked and hence more chewy than I like. My husband went with his favorite, mandarin crunch salad which did not disappoint. There was enough salad for my husband’s lunch the next day.

    P F Chang is extremely short on employees in the serving and kitchen areas. We waited more than 30 minutes for a table even with a reservation. The reason for it became evident when we were finally seated; 30 to 40% of the tables were vacant and remained that way. As a consequence, P F Chang is being overbooked resulting in long waits. Once seated the service and food were up to the usual standard though the food was slow coming out of the kitchen.

    Food tasted very good. Not many people in restaurant but had to wait 30 min to get food. The waiter was not the best. He was not mean but not friendly either. Never came back to refill drinks, forgot some of our food and up charged us for things without telling us.

    Try the pepper steak and the fried wontons. Not very healthy but so good if you are wanting a cheat meal.
