            The ambiance is ok. It could be better, there was no music playing. We were in one of the private rooms and we had to tell our host to open the door so we can have some ambiance noise but we still couldnt hear music. It helped a bit though. The food was extraordinary, pricy but worth the price as it is not only cooked perfectly, but they were good portions (enough for 2 people) on every entree. The food was very flavorful. The desserts were amazing as well. Now I will tell you why I dont think it deserves 5 stars. It was the service. Although the wait staff and hosts were very knowledgeable and respectful, the drinks and the food still took way too long to arrive. This was a monday night and we were a table of 10. It is a big party but if they didnt have enough cooks or waitstaff, they should have said they were booked or something. We arrived a litle before 8 (this is a reservation that existed for at least 2 days) and we left at 11 PM. each one of us got 2 drinks because they never came fast enough, even the guy that ordered a beer had to wait until all the drinks were made. At some poing the restaurant started emptying out and the dessert still took like 30 minutes after we ordered it. The place is nice and the food and drinks are really good, but I when it comes to speediness, they missed the mark. At least that night they did. I would give them another try but would definitely ask to be seated in the main dining area, maybe we wont be forgotten too often.

            Long wait -- 30 minutes-- for entree to be served. Long wait for billing error to be corrected. Otherwise, courteous service.

            The service was quite slow. We waited over an hour for our dish. While our server was kind, he didn’t seem fully familiar with the menu and gave us some incorrect information about certain items. Overall, the food was good, though one of the dishes was unfortunately too salty.

            We had such a great experience. We took our toddler this time and the staff was so kind and patient even though we were having a rough time with him. It was great and it’s what keeps us coming back. Thank you for helping us enjoy our special day!

            My husband and I had an exceptional dining experience at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our server, Donny, was outstanding — professional, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. He truly elevated our evening. We ordered the Koji-Aged Prime Ribeye, and it was phenomenal — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sides were just as impressive: the creamed corn was indulgently smooth and sweet, and the Brussels sprouts were crispy, savory, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was memorable. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special evening. We look forward to our next visit
